[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The overall quality of this TV is superb the only reason why I gave it a four is because the menu and how to navigate through different things it's a bit confusing and takes some time to really understand it aside from that I have no complaints I wouldn't even really consider that one a complaint but it would be easier if there wasn't so many steps to get to another for simple tasks.

The built in ability of not needing an external source for streaming apps, because it's built in. The tv is very, very bright and you can use a smart phone to control the tv with Samsung Smart things app, so no need to panic if somebody misplaces the remote. You can lock settings with security features easily for limited access for kids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality is beyond my perception and it fits absolutely perfectly in the space alloted. The remote is easy to remember without looking at it while using. Also, it has a built in solar panel to recharge whenever needed. It was simply a no brainer to add other devices and using the app the matches the TV. I use the every saver mode and the brightness is still very good while saving energy,. It delivers plenty of clear resolution and vibrancy and easy on the eyes. Again, interface is ready to use with plenty of connections in the back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first received the box, I was amazed at not only how large it was (75" model), but also how lightweight and easy to move it was. Once I got it into position and set up (simple process as well), I immediately noticed how VIBRANT the screen is. Every color pops, every line is crisp, and no detail is missed. I regularly use mine for gaming in my living room. I've always had issues with previous models (other brands) where I have to get closer to the tv to see smaller details; not here. The resolution and frame rate make it to where I can comfortably sit back on my couch and still see small details in shooting games. Absolutely love it, and ive definitely become a samsung household.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate it. It was purchased for my dad, who is 77 and has Parkinson's. Unfortunately, it is completely un-usable and I could have just left the old tv that didn't work and saved him a whole lot of frustrations. The remote is impossible, even for me, to turn channel or volume up and down. Also, all he wants is regular antenna tv, which is apparently also impossible of a request these days. Its so hard to even find and get to and then no matter how many times I change the settings to come on to the same input it was on when turned off, it automatically defaults to stupid Samsung tv plus EVERY time!!! He has been unable to watch anything on the stupid tv and was the biggest waste of my money and my time. Furthermore, if it's on antenna tv on channel 6, u might think I could use the channel up button, but NOPE! Think again! If you try to go up or down on channels it goes right back to the horrible, stupid, pain in my tail samsung tv plus. Wish I could still return it as it is my worst purchase in life at this point, although im only 42, so I guess I may have a worse disappointment someday. So, unless you just love samsung tv plus, DO NOT buy a Samsung tv as it cannot be used for any other purpose except Samsung tv plus.

This TV has terrible Wi-Fi connectivity. It constantly drops the network connection, kicking you off multiple times during a single viewing session. To make matters worse, when you try to reconnect, it sometimes claims your Wi-Fi password is incorrect, even though it isn't.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great tv and only lacks in one area.... contrast. The picture is very clear and precise. The creators are wonderful! The only complaint I have about it is the contrast, it is kind of weak for a tv of this quality and make.

The refresh rate is so much faster than my last tv (LG brand).10 out of 10 would recommend for anyone, for any space. I still need a TV for my bedroom and im strongly considering this same model if not then another Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I won't buy anything but Samsung when it comes to TVs. They are engineered for reliability. When comparing other brands in the store, side by side, it's easy to see the sharpness, the clarity, the resolution, brightness of Samsung wins out over rivals every time. At home I have five Samsung TVs: one in our dining room, our living room, and our 3 bedrooms. At the church I pastor we have two 85" Samsungs in our sanctuary, and i have 2 in my office, and one in our conference room. When I'm able I'll add two in our foyer and one in our hallway.
