This is my 5th Samsung TV and I've loved them all. My only recommendation would be to restore the old remote as the new style remote is too small to read and lacks all the features of my other Samsung TV remotes. The picture is much improved as are all the new Samsung products.

The Tv is brilliant, and loaded with features, so many in fact, as a retired IBM Service Engineer, it got so cumbersome to navigate, I finally had to switch to the relative simplicity of Roku. Now I can get to the apps in a couple of steps and life is good.

This TV has the sharpest first picture I've seen on a TV in my whole life responsive with the remote The responsive with the remote the voice command works well and it's just a great value for the price I'm the brightness is great the color is an amazing the contrast is amazing

Unfortunately The technology on the Samsung Is very difficult to deal with and not user-friendly. I’ve had my TV for 6 months and the recent software update has really messed up my settings . Trying to fix it has been extremely difficult. Yes, I’m 72 but it doesn’t have to be this difficult. Do better Samsung!

I got a Samsung plasma TV back in 2014, and ever since then, I've been hooked on their products, like their phones and smartwatches. My new 65-inch Crystal TV really shows how far display tech has come. It gives you an amazing, immersive picture that's super clear. The 4K resolution is awesome for gaming, and the 120Hz refresh rate makes everything so smooth. Plus, the sound on the Crystal TV is great – it fills the whole room, so I don't even need extra speakers or a soundbar. What else can I say about the 65-inch Crystal TV? Lightweight, immersive sound, and top-quality picture – I'm all in on Samsung's ecosystem!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate it. Can’t get it to start where I want it. I have directv and it takes a lot of work to get it to start. Would be ok if I could default to that and not Samsung stuff. It often takes multiple attempts to get it where I want. Not user friendly! If I could I’d return it and get another brand!

This Samsung 50" is working well, so far. Hopefully it will last longer than 13 months, like the last one did. It is the exact size and model we bought May 27, 2025. Nice color and sound. Bought the warranty this time, so I'm covered. If this goes out with problems, and the warranty doesn't cover, NEVER again will I waste my money on a Samsung. My LG in the kitchen is 8 years old and is working fine.

Picture is absolutely great. Would have given it the fifth star except for the sound. In the bedroom, we have to have it all the way up to 70+ to hear it clearly. Thinking about a sound bar but don’t know which would work in correcting volume and it must be controlled with DirectTV’s controller. Our older Samsung has better sound and volume set at 30-40.

I am too used to newer computers and find the TV somewhat slow to respond the pressing of the various buttons. Downward facting speakers make it more difficullt to get good sound quality....for older ears even with hearing aids being used. Good screen quality, though.

The product was a huge upgrade, since going up from using a very humble smart tv to using a samsung tv made a huge diference the contrast is much better, you can acctualy notice the fast responce the shape too is a lot better the materials are much fancier
