[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung is by far my favorite television as the quality of the picture is the best. I have another brand of TV but the quality is no where near the level of my Samsung. Going forward all my TV's will be a Samsung.

It is easy to set up and use, with a smooth smart TV system that gives quick access to apps like Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Video. For normal viewing like TV shows, sports, and streaming, the picture quality is sharp and bright enough for most rooms. It works well for casual gaming and general entertainment, making it a reliable choice for a living room or bedroom. However, it is more of a basic 4K TV, so it does not have the deep contrast or advanced features of higher-end QLED or OLED models. Sound quality is decent but can be improved with a soundbar.

The picture is very clear and bright; the sound is acceptable.  What annoys me is having to set up an account in order to add apps. Also, the remote is awful. The buttons are simply too small and there's no microphone on it. Really? I ordered a new remote and already returned it. Same as the one that came with the TV but it had the microphone icon. Same small buttons and ridiculous way to control the sound. I found the microphone to be pretty useless. It opens a browser on the TV. It doesn't take you to the shows you want to watch like the ROKU stick does. I downloaded the SmartThings app to my Samsung phone so I can use it as the TV remote.However, trying to "share" it to another phone is a nightmare. WHY does Samsung make user interface so difficult? This TV might be the last Samsung product I purchase.

And the uniformity across all aspects, allows a seamless transition to each different app and syncing my devices

TV takes control and forces streaming which I don't want instead of starting with my Direct TV system. I also have a soundbar which it fights me to use. It does not want me to use the connected soundbar also , when I turn the TV off, it always comes back on by itself. Find it very frustrating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the tv for about a month now and everything is great. Good picture and quality. I also didn't realize you get Samsung tv for free which is a nice bonus. Altogether a very good tv for the money. Very reasonably priced and great quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great television. Loaded apps fast. Beautiful picture. Very easy to use. I love the Samsung channels. I would get an extended warranty on it. Screen started to go out fast. I expected a better life for more expensive products but this one REALLY disappointed me in the longevity category. As hard as it is to oder, handle and mount these televisions they need to last longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 10 year old LG 60" smart TV with Samsung's 58" Class Crystal UHD U8000F 4K Smart TV. We were looking for a 60" TV that was compatible with our entertainment center, but apparently nobody is manufacturing 60" TVs any more, which is very strange. Anyway, major pitfalls with this Samsung TV include that it does not have an optical output connection, this was a problem because I wanted to connect a bluetooth transmitter to the TV, so I could listen to my Sony headphones and Samsung soundbar at the same time. Unfortunately, the transmitter could not be connected without an optical output. Funny, that Samsung hasn't figured out how to make a TV that can connect to a soundbar and bluetooth headphones simultaneously. Huge bummer for us! Otherwise, the TV picture quality is acceptable, but the sound quality mediocre because we have to listen to the TV speaker when I am donning my bluetooth headphones. Goes without saying, we are not real happy with this purchase, but we're stuck now.

Problem is the remote is too small and touchy, the mute same button as up/down volume is a bad choice, keep muting when only want to change volume. The remote only for on/off function some computer screens aggravating if using a PC. The menu on TV is frustrating to use and navigate. I can only say that someone over thought these products. Changing TV input frustrating to navigate to. Think Roku, keep it simple and adjust the remote so that each time you pick it up or put it down the buttons are not pressed and TV mute or changes. That NEVER happens with Roku type remote or the larger 3rd party remotes.

This TV brings everything to the table with its quick responsiveness, the picture upscaling and uniformity. I have buying Samsung products for years, they are whom I trust who it comes to spending my monies. My entire is nothing but SAMSUNG!! You know, for the smartness and simplicity of life, IT'S SAMSUNG!
