I have not had to have any service which is a good thing so I can’t speak to that. However, set up was easy and everything has been perfect ever since. I couldn’t ask for more.

This is the first TV with 4k capability and I watched some of the World Cup games and it is worth every dollar. Could not be any better. Thanks! Can't wait for the NFL season.

Not happy: old tv was much more accommodating to my preferences. I've tried to reload settings. It just doesn't remember what I like to watch and suggests things to me I have no interest in.

Do not like the Closed Caption feature,, when i use it the screen is half covered with black out,, why don't you make it like the other CC that just shows the verbiage in the lower half with NO black background very unuser friendly

This television is my third Samsung in 6 years. The other two are still working great. I've been happy with a great Samsung tablet and 2nd Samsung mobile phone. The overall quality of Samsung can't be beat!

I love it. It is crisp, clear, and responsive. It is such an upgrade from my outdated 65” Samsung. I. have it in my bedroom and find it to be more than adequate in size b

Everything is super easy to use. All the apps I want, even the games. The memory the tv has of what you last watched, just in case you didn't finish watching a movie. Color is amazing especially for sports.

The TV was great for the first two weeks or so then it became unresponsive with the remote and then the picture started to dim. We had no choice but to return it.
