[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm satisfied with the performance value for the dollar, however there are two main issues for me. 1. How do I change input sources? I have found 3 or 4 different methods including AI and all appear to be a workaround for something that should be obvious. 2. How do I download a new app and where would it appear if I could figure out how to do it? Again, I have tried several approaches suggested by AI (including resetting to factory default) and nothing has worked. If there are obvious solutions to these issues I would love to know. Perhaps I'm just not looking in the right places.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this TV also as computer monitor and works great, plenty of desktop space and text is clear at 4k resolution. Also it comes with a RDP application to connect to remote computers, which is great when used with mouse and keyboard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded from a 43” to this 50”, and use this TV primarily for streaming shows. One reason we chose it was because the sound is good enough that we don't have to buy a sound bar. The picture is clear and bright. However, when streaming we've had some issues with the video glitching/being choppy - with multiple streaming services. This did not happen with our old 43”, and we used the same native Samsung user interface for both.

I love all the Samsung TV channels, my only issue would be that the button on the remote for changing the chanel is way to sensitive for my fat finger. Lol

i really like the picture and sound but if you have any type of lights that can reflect on the screen that's an issue. i had to make sure all of my lights didn't reflect on the screen. luckily i was able to do that. i never thought to see how light reflected. next tv I'll shine a light on the screen just to see how much reflection there is.

I upgraded from a 50” Seiki TV that I received for Christmas a number of years ago. It had the worst sound quality, and I could never get a bright enough picture. With this years Christmas money and purchased a 65” Samsung. The picture quality is amazing, but the sound is not as good as I expected. The primary reason I am giving a 4 star is what I went through to connect my Bose Soundbar. Samsung is one of the companies who has opted to eliminate the Optical connection for an HDMI eArc only connection, and my older Bose soundbar, which sounds awesome, and I have no reason to replace it, does not have an HDMI connection. After trial & error, I found the correct adapter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love being able to have Bixby on my television! Being handicapped, it makes it so much easier for me to control it. I also love that I am able to switch from my Dish to the Samsung options just by picking up another remote. It has a super clear picture and the colors are extremely bright and vivid. The sound is very clear even at a high volume, there isn't and feedback. I would definitely buy this television again!
