I had to setup the WiFi connection and required network password but after that the internet connection was working great. The picture quality is also great and the remote works fine.

I've been buying nothing but Samsung Smart TV's and Monitors since 2010, so when it was time to upgrade my home theater system to go with our newly remodeled living room the 85" Crystal UHD had amazing resolution and refresh rate for an incredible viewing experience for the price point I was looking for.

I hate though how often you have to have updates that you just refresh constantly but other then that it's a pretty good tv

I purchased 2 Samsung 8000F 75 inch TV's. I'm giving a poor review because the remote control does not work on 1 of the TV's and I cannot seem to get any service from Samsung. I have been on the phone for hours with multiple people who keep transferring me and have been cut off twice. I just want a new remote control for my brand new TV that actually works. This seems like a simple request.

I thoroughly enjoy being able to search for movies through the tv and choose the service that it streams on (not always accurate). I love the companionship with your other Samsung devices and using smart things and being notified when the the washer and dryer have completed their cycle. If you are looking for that "movie theater" experience at home, this is definitely it. ​Picture Quality: The Crystal Processor 4K does an incredible job of upscaling. Even older content looks crisp and vibrant. The colors are remarkably lifelike, and the contrast—especially in dark scenes—is much better than I expected for an LED. Watching HDR content is a complete game-changer; the brightness levels are perfect. ​Design & Build: For an 85-inch TV, it is impressively slim (AirSlim design). It looks very high-end and sits flush against my wall. The bezels are almost non-existent, which really lets the screen take center stage. ​Smart Features: Samsung's Tizen OS is fast and intuitive. All my favorite streaming apps (Netflix, Disney+, YouTube) load instantly, and the interface is very easy to navigate. I understand that more people stream than ever, but launching into a main screen with the option to bring in cable or home theater via HDMI1/eARC or direct cable input buried several menus down is annoying for those who understand electronics and confusing for those who don't. Also, the eARC interaction between the Samsung TV and the Denon home theater receiver via eARC is balky and unreliable.
