But now that I am getting more conscious of healthy eating I thought I would give this Pompeian-Pompeian Robust EVOO 16oz a try. I used it to saute chicken breast and peppers and onions and it turned out much better than I expected. And was well seared and flavorful.

Negatives are that it is not organic, and it is packaged in a plastic bottle. However, the squeeze factor makes this really handy and not needing to be transferred into another cruet or dispenser. I prefer a more green olive oil, but this is great for cooking.

The flavor is good, not too strong or mild. I cooked chicken in it yesterday and it was good and today I used it for cold pasta salad dressing and the taste was also good. I like the squirty top for easy use. It still has good control without spilling everywhere. Only thing is I wish it came on glass, but I know that’s costly for brands. Overall, good product and would consider repurchasing!
