It doesn't make my skin feel sticky or tacky it doesn't have a strong smell as well. I really can't tell how effective it is on my skin I've used it for about a week now but it does feel like I have a slight tingle when applying so if you have sensitive skin I don't know if it's for you. The packaging is pretty it's in opal look to the bottle. Overall, I am going to continue using this product to see if there is a result. I would definitely give this a try.
