As someone with sensitive, melanated skin and hyperpigmentation concerns, I'd prefer a fragrance-free option. I also noticed a few blemishes, though I can't say whether either product caused them. It's too early to judge any changes in my dark spots, and I continued wearing sunscreen during the day. I appreciate getting multiple benefits in one product—more bang for your buck! So far, I like how my skin feels, but I'm still seeing how it responds over time.
