I simply start a load, go about my day, and come back to clean, completely dry clothes whenever it's convenient, no more remembering to move clothes from the washer to the dryer. The AI features and customization options are fantastic. There are plenty of wash and dry programs to choose from, but my favorite feature is the automatic detergent and fabric softener dispenser. It automatically uses the right amount based on the load, so I never have to worry about adding too much or too little. It even reminds me when the detergent or softener is running low. I also appreciate the maintenance reminders. The machine lets me know when it's time to run the self-clean cycle and when the lint filter needs cleaning, making it incredibly easy to keep everything running at its best. The washing and drying performance has been excellent, and the convenience this all-in-one unit offers has exceeded my expectations. Looking back, choosing this washer/dryer combo was one of the best home appliance decisions I've made. And the SmartThings app. On the washing front, it automatically dispenses the right amount of detergent and fabric softener, and holds about 40 loads worth of each. So using it is pretty much toss clothes in, start it and walk away. Cleaning the lint filter is slightly more tedious than most dryers, but terrible.

We put our clothes in, and the door pops open when they are totally washed and dried. No moving the clothes, forgetting there's a load in the washer that gets smelly and we have to wash again. We have done heavy duty, super large and super dirty loads, and it is a workhorse. I am so happy with our purchase! It looks so sleek as well, which I love just one machine. The computer allows me to easily choose cycles, dry times, extra dry, it's so easy!!

It continues to get off balance with any type of heavy load. I really wish we would have gone with a separate washer and dryer.

Having wash and dry in one cycle has stopped the problem of somebody leaving their clothes in the washer, tying the machine up for the next person. I appreciate the space savings, and the machine is extremely quiet. So far, seems to wash and dry very well. Large selection of wash cycles. Currently using up Tide pods and will try the automatic dispensers next. I also put it on the pedestal, appreciate the storage and the height makes it easy to access clothes in the back of the drum without bending over. Everything about this combo is designed to improve convenience and ease of use.

I love starting a load and knowing in an hour and a half everything will be done and ready to use again previously I was horrible at forgetting the load in the washer and not switching to the dryer and having to rewash! Remember to clean the lint trap after every cycle, clean out the water filter every two months and run the clean cycle when it says it needs it! I would recommend the matching pedestal too, we skipped it and it makes cleaning the bottom filter trickier. I try to do one load a day to keep up with laundry so im not trying to tackle a giant pile with it.
