The clothes smelled good, look great and we're dry entirely. Our most difficult part was finding the right connections to put the machine in between the water and the former drain. After that it was easy street. I have connected the machine to my phone (SmartThings) and know everything that is going on. Great product!

It is easy to pause the cycle to remove the clothes you want to line dry. It is taking a lot of the the thinking and mental burden out of finishing laundry and we can all use less to worry about. Now to add some pretty design in my lame laundry room with the space.

We normally wash 3 loads of laundry per week but have to spend all day just doing laundry. With this new combo I can put in my laundry and set it to wash at midnight and I wake up with clean laundry ready and I can put in my second load and run errands and it’s clean. All detergent and softener are set in the machine so I don’t need to reload every time. I definitely love this machine. I just had this model installed in my home and it was one of the easier appliance installs I have experienced this year. Once the delivery team finished install then initated first wash/dry cycle the Bespoke ran like a dream. I had to go back down stairs to ensure tbe machine was still running due to the lack of noise. The unit is also a quaint 44 inches so it relatively fits in any laundry space paired that with it's sleek color design this model is a great edition to any household.

They were not only under prepared for the dryer vent but, also took the plugs that are supposed to cover the holes that are left after the moving bolts are removed. Now I expect there would be more frequent maintenance as more dust goes into the system... One thing you will love is the Lint catcher and how easy it is to clean it.👌🏽 The part specific users: This machine is an all in one where you have to wait till one full cycle is done. Where traditional washer dryer dual set you can run parallel cycles which makes it overall faster. The compensation point is you can run it and forget it and it will do the full task for you. So if you are going to go away after letting the washer run, with this machine you will never have fault smelling clothes. If you are a family or a person that gets your laundry done in one go waiting on site.. This will definitely frustrate you. Me I love it cause as long as I do laundry every week it's the best laundry machine I ever encountered...

I waited until now to write a review so I can say what I say with confidence. I’ve had the washer since January and over all I love it. It’s handled everything I’ve thrown at it with ease. My house has 2 adults, one anxiety riddled dog with bowel issues and 3 cats. One of the cats is a vomiter. So my poor washer has seen some things. But everything always comes out clean which is the most ilprotant part. It’s had full sets of bed sheets, comforter, couch covers and large loads. For the most part everything has come out dry. Sometimes the bed sheets are a little damp but that’s because they get tangled up in the fitted sheet. Normal dryers have the same issue. I wish I could say it’s fixed my adhd, but sadly that is unresolved. What it has done is protected my clothes from me leaving them unattended in the wash for days on end. Now when I forget the laundry, at least it’s clean and dry lol. No more mildew for me. My only very minor complaint is that I supposedly can hook my phone up to it and get notifications. I can’t figure that out tbh. But that’s probably a user error. Over all very satisfied. My life is better with this washer and I hope it’s sturdy for years to come.

I didn't understand what was wrong with the current one. I finally accepted the fact that the laundry will take 6 hours to complete...but at least will be clean and dry without requiring interaction. I was wrong. This new machine has made life so simple and easy. I never have to put in detergent with each load and measure based on how much is in the washer. I don't have to turn the dial and select different (and what seemed infinite) combinations to make sure that the clothes are dried properly because this new machine uses vented heating. I almost forgot how convenient this traditional heating is! For what originally seemed like a spontaneous purchase to me, I have come to understand that he was listening to my complaints and had a plan. Our laundry time has been cut in half! I am never going back to the separate washer dryer combination, especially now that it is vented.

There are so many options with this machine to choose from. I love that you can put the laundry detergent and fabric softener in the containers and the machine will let you know when you are low and the app does to. The whole cycle from wash to dry is about 90 minutes or longer. It is a great machine to have. I love it. You can fit a good amount of clothes in it too.
