Very user, friendly. Quality clean clothes every time. The AI is amazing. Also very user-friendly which cuts down on time and energy use when doing big loads and worried about capacity. The AI and machine functions are ergonomic and ADA friendly. I recommend this product as one of the best on the market today.

The washing and drying are both effective, sometimes on larger loads or heavier clothing I have to do extra dry time but it’s a non issue. I’ve never had to rewash anything. Some people told me I wouldn’t like it because I can’t do 2 loads at once, but that isn’t an issue for me. Having one load done start to finish out weighs everything else! Love!

I’ve not had any issues with dryness, but I do change it to more dry. I’m careful to not over full it and I don’t mix heavy and light items. It tells me water and ebergt use each load and month. The lint trap is so easy to clean. It’s deeper than a standard washer or dryer so be prepared but still worth the space saving! I love this thing. It does everything and so many settings - I’ve been so happy with it - no more forgotten moldy loads of laundry which is the issue we bought it to fix.

I hate transferring my load and it prevents all mildew if you somehow forgot to transfer the load from washer and dryer. It also saves a tom of space so I was able to make a cleaning nook which originally I didn’t have the space for. This is my second of these machines, and if I ever move again I’d be buying a 3rd. I also love they have vented option but previously I had ventless which was perfect for my small condo too

Having a laundry room in the basement, the most exciting feature for me is the notification when my laundry is done! It helps me consistently stick to my schedule. The other feature that I love is the capacity. With five pups, I have lots of bulky laundry which is no problem for my Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does not wash and dry in the timeframe. Have to run additional dry cycle. Vent pipe is only 4’ long and 100% NOT clogged. Also if you want to use a dryer sheet you have to catch it between wash and dry cycle to add the dryer sheet and if you miss getting the dryer sheet out it clogs the drain line. You can set a delay for the dry cylcle to start but if your having to go back to the unit, might as well just have a traditional set. Another downfall with this unit is if it goes down, you lose the washer and dryer. 100% if I had it to do over again, I would’ve got a traditional set.
