Makes the day so much easier, and it really don't take any longer to wash and dry clothes than it did in two separate machines, loved the extra space I get too. With a family of 7 it is big enough to get everyone's clothes clean! And no more measuring laundry soap or fabric softener either.

The biggest advantage is convenience—being able to wash and dry clothes in a single machine without transferring loads saves both time and effort. The large 5.3 cu. ft. capacity easily handles family-sized loads, bedding, and towels. The AI features do a great job of automatically selecting settings based on the load, and the auto-dispensing detergent system makes laundry almost hands-free. The vented drying system is noticeably faster than many other all-in-one units I’ve used or researched, and clothes come out clean, dry, and ready to wear. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's beautifully made never had an issue with these appliances I've had them since 2022 and I'd recommend them to anyone that wants to save money and time I have three kids at home and I promise they have the power to dry and wash like a beast and the self cleaning option is amazing the capacity for loading is unbelievable but I recommend not over stuffing. Timing on cycles is by choice where you can use the smart things app to control what kind of cycle you want then the venting is amazing catches all the mint closes coming out perfect. The timing can be chosen how you desire I just live my washer and driver thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I love my all-in-one washer and dryer. The only thing I do not like and wish they would redesign is the drainage system. If you have animals, the dog and cat hair tends to get clogged up down there, and unfortunately the washer will not continue with cycle since I cannot drain properly if that is not cleaned so when you remove the drain to get the hair out, water goes everywhere this is the only thing I do not like about the washer and dryer otherwise it is amazing

I use the heavy cycle for grandkids clothes because I can put a lot of clothes in the cycle. I like that after the wash cycle it suggests a dryer setting. Everything gets clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my Samsung Bespoke All in One vented Washer/Dryer for 10 months now. I am a real fan. It takes up one half the space of my previus washer and dryer. I no longer have to worry about moving loads of wash from the washer to the dryer, and having to re-wash because I forgot. I can put a load in before going to bed and it is all done when I wake up. I no longer have to use dryer sheet, as this machine pushes so much air while drying. I love the design of the lint trap, It looks as clean after using this machine for 10 months as the day I got it. It looks like a piece of art, really love doing laundry with it. It has alot of great wash cycles, I use the Steam whites cycle on my white loads, my whites have never looked so white. Load of towels on the towel setting gets all the towels clean, fluffy and very dry. This machine is amazing. I do not usually write reviews, but this machine is a home run and deserves my review. I think the very best part is that I can customize all my wash loads from my phone and send it to the machine.

Bought the product 3 months ago but our cheap old washer and dryer worked 1000% better for pet hair. We have 3 small dogs that shed a normal amount. The product works well(but is very slow) for everything but pet hair removal. DO NOT purchase if you have pets. This is the first and last all in one we will own cannot wait to replace it. Usually i love my samsung products I have Samsung tvs and monitors and a Samsung galaxy phone that are all great products. This is the first item I regret purchasing from them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been using our washer/dryer combo for almost a year now. Pros: all in one, never have to switch laundry. It auto dispenses softener and detergent. You don't have to fill dispensers often. Lint filter stays pretty clean, once a week clean out. I love how big it is, fits everything including runners, rugs, etc. very convenient and ease of use. Quiet machine unless of course you have rugs in it, then do expect noise like a spaceship. Cons: The heavy duty cycle for rugs does take a long time. Sometimes you have to put the clothes back into another cycle if they aren't fully dry. This could also be my fault as I put everything into it (darks, towels, colored clothes, etc.). There is the occasional app issue that needs progress on connectivity that will disconnect at times. Overall: would 100% purchase again, it saves me time running up and down the stairs. I use this washer/dryer combo almost daily with kiddos in the house.

Being able to control the everything from my phone. The washes have been cleaner compared to my other washer. It holds a large amount of laundry and is able to handle it all.
