[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product with the pedestal. From day one, even after having a professional come out and level it for me, it has been unstable. Thrashing around violently to the point I need to have someone come out and readjust again. That is the worse of the system. My only other complaint would be cleaning it so much. I have huskies and dog fur is a daily thing. This product doesn't work well with dog fur. You will be cleaning your system weekly. On the plus side, I can throw in my laundry and forget about it. Once it is complete it buzzes my phone. It gives me time to throw in dryer sheets if I choose to or be lazy and let it soldier on. A normal load finish relatively fast too. From wash to dry you can expect it to be done in 120 minutes. Oh and it is dry. Next feature I love, never having to continuously put in detergent. The automated dispenser for detergent and softener is almost forgettable but your system will let you know when you need to fill it up. The system tells you everything you need to know: when to clean it, what is wrong with and how to fix it, and much more. Truly a work of art to build upon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new Samsung washer/dryer set. It comes with lots of great features. My clothes are very clean no matter the cycle time. I can do large loads or any size & I'll get the same results. The dryer is so effective I just love everything about it especially the no wrinkles once fully dried. Also the dryer doesnt leave the home hot due to the venting system.

I absolutely love this combo washer dryer. The fact that I don't need to switch from the washer to the dryer is so convenient. There's so many prints I haven't tried them all. It has a huge capacity for loadsh and I love how it dispenses the soap and softener on its own. I would recommend this product a 1000xs again

This machine has been amazing for our family of five with two goldens! It can hold so much laundry and is efficient while doing so.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's beautifully made never had an issue with these appliances I've had them since 2022 and I'd recommend them to anyone that wants to save money and time I have three kids at home and I promise they have the power to dry and wash like a beast and the self cleaning option is amazing the capacity for loading is unbelievable but I recommend not over stuffing. Timing on cycles is by choice where you can use the smart things app to control what kind of cycle you want then the venting is amazing catches all the mint closes coming out perfect. The timing can be chosen how you desire I just live my washer and driver thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I love my all-in-one washer and dryer. The only thing I do not like and wish they would redesign is the drainage system. If you have animals, the dog and cat hair tends to get clogged up down there, and unfortunately the washer will not continue with cycle since I cannot drain properly if that is not cleaned so when you remove the drain to get the hair out, water goes everywhere this is the only thing I do not like about the washer and dryer otherwise it is amazing

My only 2 issues are that I can't seem to change the normal spin cycle to normal from extra high. It shakes and thrashes with large loads. And most loads need an extra 10 minutes drying time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] very happy with the purchase definitely would recommend this washer dryer combo to anyone not going ahead and pulling it out and put into another machine the back breaking work get one your wife will love youb the capacity is Awesome on the swing and you won't believe how much time that it's going to end save me and the capacity is Awesome on this thing and you won't believe how much time that it's going to end save me and I would definitely recommend going with the vented I have seen reviews of invented is much better than the ventless so I went with that and I would definitely recommend that I am happy with that decision now as far as so I definitely do see some Improvement there with my whites but I am going to have using more bleach so I don't know if it's actually getting more cleaner or not because I'm only working with white site now it's definitely good again I'm trying only a smaller amounts of dress shirts so I haven't tried out you know big blankets or anything but I think it will work well drying the larger items as well so looking forward to it

Bought the product 3 months ago but our cheap old washer and dryer worked 1000% better for pet hair. We have 3 small dogs that shed a normal amount. The product works well(but is very slow) for everything but pet hair removal. DO NOT purchase if you have pets. This is the first and last all in one we will own cannot wait to replace it. Usually i love my samsung products I have Samsung tvs and monitors and a Samsung galaxy phone that are all great products. This is the first item I regret purchasing from them.

It's very efficient as we save tons on water.The cleaning and maintenance is simple. of the product is very well and the cycle time varies with A.I which makes it super efficient and the venting is easy to Assemble. The drying is amazing as I never have to air dry or run an extra dry cycle.
