[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent capacity it can fit a king comforter! Seems to work well so far, it's brand new. My only reasons not for giving it 5 stars are as follows: 1) machine weight is 400 Lbs, it thus sticks out further than depth of traditional machines and you cannot easily move it due to weight; 2) it sits low to the floor meaning you have to bend very far down to do the wash and the base is extra expense which I didn't think I wanted and still don't because it will make the unit too tall; 3) drying is OK, not as fast as I'd expect but so glad I did not get ventless because that would be way worse; lastly I do not want all this darn automated nonsense I just want to wash and dry, the darn computer and talking to me is not necessary and probably is the bulk of the cost. I was looking for convenience and space and longevity now I am wondering if I have to worry about firmware upgrades and software updates! Ugh. G-D please last 30 years so I don't have to buy a new one before retirement!

I can leave my clothes in it and it's clean the next time I remember about it. Capacity is great. I never feel like it can't handle enough laundry. We're a family of 6. It runs just as often as a normal washer dryer set. Drying feels better than our last standalone electric dryer.

I was skeptical but now I am a true believer in this product. I love not having to add detergent and softener each time I do a load of laundry thanks to Samsung's genius addition of the lower drawer. The lint screen basically cleans itself as you pull it out after each cycle, and the best part is that I can control and adjust my settings with my Samsung phone❤️ this is the product to buy, hands down 🤩🤩🤩🤩

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the best washer, dryer, I've ever owned super-efficient.It has a lot of settings, but I can adjust on my phone or on the washer dryer. Not having to Dispense the laundry detergent every single time Is very nice. once a month is when I have to fill it. The filter cleaner brush It is also amazing. I love that feature. It is also very nice that the door opens. When the laundry is done, so if you're not paying attention to it. Or not home, the laundry doesn't get that.Weird, smell after leaving it in the dryer too long. If I were to have a complaint, it wouldn't be the unit. Itself, it would be the fact that I originally ordered the ventless washer and dryer. Unfortunately, it was back ordered and at first it was communicated to us that it was, but they were going to get a shipment in and then we never got it. They did take care of us. However, so we were able to swap it for the vented one, and it works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical about switching to an all-in-one washer/dryer combo, but it has been a game-changer for space. The washing performance is top-notch, and not having to transfer wet clothes over is a huge convenience.

Just Rigged up 2 of the 240v Vented Combos in our Laundry Room. On the normal cycle with a normal load of clothes we just set it and forget it (x2) and come back at our leisure to retrieve our clothes. All good and dry after about 1.5 hrs. Honey only has one complaint which is how low the front load is to the ground. She basically sits in the floor to process the clothes out of the units. We have not explored all aspects of the machine or dove deep into the Smartthings App yet but so far, We love them. Honey Loves the lint trap too. If you have the room to add the 15" tall pedestal under the unit, It will save your back. So next week we will raise our cabinets and install the pedestals. Also note that I did have to drill a 4" hole in my wall for a second vent and run another 10/2 Romex wire on a 30Amp Breaker to run this secondary unit. The Drum Size in not as big as our Samsung 5.6 cu. ft. setup that we stacked out but 5.3 cu. ft. is not much smaller. No to see if will last over 12 years like our last set.

Vibration: is a normal amount but definitely you have to make sure the feet are level if not the vibration is not a joke. I wish it did have a feature to say “hey the machine doesn't feel level” that'd be helpful. Consistency. It's been pretty good so no issues. Drying: I don't like its automatic feature. It's definitely leaving the heavier loads are left damp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are something's about the All In One Vented Combo that we love and hate. We love the capacity especially for king size bedding. We also love the overall look of the machine. Having everything in one machine has made our laundry space more roomy. Our absolute most favorite thing about the machine is the time and effort it takes to do laundry (which is obvious). We mostly use the AI OptiWash cycle and our clothes come out consistently clean and dry. So what do we not like about it? It's kind of loud during the dry cycle. Like a really high pitch constant sound which is hard to describe. We also wish the device would allow us to create our own custom cycle choosing from all the capabilities. We would like the ability to select any wash cycle and set the dry cycle to self determined amount of dry time for instance. Also if you are the type of person who likes to throw a slightly wrinkled shirt in with a slightly damp shirt and run the dryer for 10 minutes forget about with this machine. It wont let you and even if you do select the shortest time available then want to stop it early at 10 minutes forget about that too because once hit stop the device keeps the door locked for several minutes saying that its too hot to open and needs to cool done. Overall we are happy with the unit. With the way the unit is advertised we just expected more customization options in cycles. Last but not least is make sure you are happy with where they setup it up. We are happy with where it is but are really nervous that if we were to sell our house and move that we wont be able to bring the all in one washer with us because it weighs a lot. It's not a bad machine at all. I just think Samsung handicapped it by not allowing truly custom cycle choices.
