[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our old laundry machine and dryer machine over 10 years, while we took really good care of it my husband and I started talking about upgrading it to something more modern now that we have a new home and had a 4th boy 7 months ago. I've always been a fan of Samsung so when I discovered about this Bespoke vented AI Laundry combo machine it quickly became my dream to get one. I finally did it, I got rid of the old 2 machines and replaced it with 1. My laundry room is slowly becoming a dream come true, having this all in one machine allowed me to envision a new laundry room with more space for shelves and baskets and bins haha. As the only woman in the house and the one who stays home with a baby and does laundry for family of 6 (4 boys to be exact) I do a lot of laundry!! However, having a baby my brain sometimes forgets to toss from washer to dryer as I am always occupied with my adorable human being. My husband tends to come home and save the day to toss into the dryer. With this machine, I not only gave him freedom from switching the laundry but also myself. Just toss it in and go about my day. When I am ready laundry is ready and door is open for me to grab the clean clothes or bedding! This has simplified my life so much more. You know what else I really love? It connects to our phone, being a technology guru, I kinda secretly really love this feature! I have tried so many different modes so far from bedding (bulky blankets and bedding sheets), to towels, delicate clothes, small load, AI wash and dry load, normal (with turning off dry mode), to activewear (one can imagine how much activewear is around here hah) to tide pod cold cycle. I also really love the dryer lint is super easy to clean, no more bending to clean on the bottom, it's on top and super easy to clean. In addition, it has reminders on my phone when done as well as every 40 cycles reminds me to clean the machine. There are so many ways to love this machine and use it of course. It's also very quiet and allows my baby to sleep peacefully while the machine is running. Great quality product that should easily last many years to come.

I could feel the heat in the dryer and it quickly dried my towels in the first load I tried. The learning process for digital took time but I am in my late 80’s so that was understandable. Haha

Not only does this work really well, but it is loaded with bells and whistles that actually make me look forward to doing laundry. Being able to play music or videos on my washing machine is amazing in itself, but having a single unit that washes, dries, automatically dispenses detergent and softener, and also uses AI to learn my usage and adjust accordingly is as good as it gets. It's so convenient to be able to throw my laundry in and start a cycle, and then go run errands without having to plan time in between to transfer my clothes to the dryer. This is a must have for people on the go who also love tech.

What really blew me away is how much faster the whole process is, it washes and dries in nearly half the time compared to my old setup. I used to have to wait around to transfer loads between the washer and dryer, and dry several times but now I can just toss it all in, walk away, and come back to clean, dry clothes. One minor hiccup I ran into was during the first use… the machine didn’t recognize that detergent had been added. It was a little confusing at first, but turning the unit off and back on quickly resolved the issue. Since then, it’s been running flawlessly with no issues at all. The smart features are incredibly helpful. The app keeps me in the loop with real-time notifications, so I always know when the cycle has shifted from wash to dry. I love that it alerts me the moment everything is done and automatically opens the door, so I’m not stuck waiting or guessing. It’s the little things like that which make a huge difference. The design is sleek, the controls are intuitive, and it runs surprisingly quiet it is perfect for apartment living or open-plan homes but is large and heavy so I wouldn’t recommend trying to move it often. I also appreciate the eco-friendly features that doesn’t sacrifice performance. If you’re looking for a laundry combo that saves time, simplifies your routine, and uses smart technology in a truly helpful way, this is the one. Highly recommended!

The main thing to keep in mind is where you are installing it, mostly because of the depth. In my laundry room, I was able to add a cabinet on each side this unit and a countertop over all pcs. Has lots of wash options and can be accessed from your smartphone. I really like that I don't have to transfer the heavy wet clothes out of the washer into the dryer now. I also like that it auto adds liquid detergent and softener for each wash. It has saved a little time overall on the whole process, but not as much as advertised.
