He washed the first load and was so excited for the wash cycle to end so he could show drying was next. When it was over he shared it was perfect baby. I will start off with the cons the product tho it’s 2 in one it is big and bulky, forget about moving it around. This product is super heavy. It pauses to “cool down” for a while. Clothes dryer needs to be adjusted to “more” to get clothes very dry. The pros of this product it is super quiet when washing and drying. The ultra capacity is nice for busy households. The capacity is great can fit more clothes than previous washer. I love the convenience of the washer/dryer duo saves time for busy on the go people. The lint catcher is very easy to clean has claws that catches lint. Modern looking and stylish. Lots of different options of cycles. The touch screen works very well and accurate. After cycle door opens up on its own. I would recommend this product to others. I love its a two in one so no moving clothes to dryer, saves me time. Clothes smell and feel so clean after wash/dry.

I like that it has an impressive 5.3 cu. ft. load capacity, which can easily handle large loads for my family The unit has a wide range of different cycle for wash and dry. I will be testing it more, but the Eco and Super Speed cycle are great, but we can get the laundry completed within 98 minutes. A standout feature for this Bespoke All-in-One Laundry combo is the auto-dispense detergent system. Which loads enough laundry detergent for up to 47 loads. It also has a second dispense for softener or for another detergent load, providing additional 47 loads, resulting in detergent coverage for 30+ days, depending on usage. The machine has a sleek and modern design. The OS is Samsung proprietary android-based operating system. The layout is clean, responsive, and accessible for all household members, regardless of tech experience. You can even watch YouTube on the 7-inch display. The Samsung Smart Things integration is nice and provides remote monitoring and control of the system The only downside is the estimated time remaining on each cycle, which has been off by 20 to 45 minutes every single time. Which can be very frustrating. Overall, the Samsung Bespoke All-in-One delivers great capacity, performance, and enough smart features, all within one single unit. I believe the unit is ideal for anyone who wants to place the laundry in and forgot about it. The advanced features of technology, smart automation, and functionality make this a standout. I had my reservations, but the unit has changed my mind.

No transferring loads or forgetting them in the washer. The machine is very quiet and saves space. We bought the vented machine as we read a lot of reviews on other brands that stated clothes weren’t dry on the ventless models. The vented model seams to perform well. We have only had it a few days but so far we are happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical when my husband bought this combo unit as my experience with previous combo units in rental homes was that they take forever to do a load and the drying was especially terrible. Samsung blew my mind in both these aspects as our combined washer/dryer run only took an hour and a half and came out fully dry. I wish the capacity was larger but this machine is already gigantic so I can appreciate the limitation. I have this on the second floor next to my gym and the kids rooms. I alternate between throwing in gym clothes/towels and the kids laundry and revel in the ability to leave it and forget it, instead of having to come back after the wash cycle to then transfer to a dryer and start the process over. The one stop shop has been an essential luxury to have. I also enjoy having my fully connected home be able to keep me updated on the wash/dry cycles and when Im cooking in the kitchen or watching tv for my other samsung products to be able to notify me when the laundry has completed. What an incredible age of technology we live in! I also like that I can adjust the dry cycle duration as it is quite difficult to fully dry bed sheets/comforters because they always get balled up. The AI component of detecting soil/dryness is in early technology and I expect it to improve with use and time. The auto open door is such a simple yet genius idea to ensure that clothes are able to dry out and no smells develop if I am unable to unload the laundry in a timely manner. Being able to load the detergent in a reservoir for multiple 40+ load uses allows me to keep clutter of laundry detergent bottles hidden and away from the laundry room aesthetic. The new lint removal system is super simple and makes that process even easier without having to hand pick out pieces of lint. I have a normal separate set of laundry washer dryer in the actual laundry room on the first floor that has since become obsolete. Don't hesitate, although its expensive, the technology is worth it and nothing is more important than your time, and this product absolutely saves you more of it to do the things you actually want to do. It also helps that it looks super sleek!

Im impressed with the direction technology is going in and nervous because of my familiarity with having washer and a dryer not all in one. I have used it about 4-5 times now and so impressed on how it all works and the efficiency of washing and drying my and family clothes. From the delivery that went very smooth to my first wash, I have to say this is the best washer/dryer I've ever had. Some pros are I can control from my phone; it washes all at once, there are several cycles to choose from, I can watch YouTube as well as my ring doorbell right from my machine. One of my favorite pros is that I can fill the detergent and softener and forget about having to dispense with every load as it does it for me. With pros, there are some cons which include depending on the cycle my clothes may not be completely dry but that is a small fix, and the time displayed on machine for completion is off from what is displayed on my phone. With only having the machine less than a month, I am excited to of course keep using, becoming more familiar and for all the updates in the future. I would definitely recommend this machine to my friends and family. Samsung as a brand never disappoints.
