Like how it takes pictures of what you have to help with the grocery list, to being able to listen to music or watch youtube on the screen. Don't even get me started on how amazing the speakers are. The sound is clear and can be turned up extremely loud! You can leave notes and even draw on the screen. One of the features that has helped me is being able to swipe on the bottom of the door and having it open automatically for me. It has come in handy when my hands are full with the baby or groceries. What also comes in handy is being able to have cold water at all times. So having the self-refillable pitcher is a time saver. It refills quickly and can even be used as an infuser. There are honestly so many more amazing features which help in my everyday life. I highly recommend this samsung fridge!

OK, this was an impulse purchase. I am glad I did, because Samsung has a nice sale going on. The order process was easy - Selected the options I wanted, and I saw that it would be delivered the NEXT DAY! Once the order was placed, I got confirmation within 30 minutes and within a couple of hours I received text and email confirmation about my next day delivery window. The courier showed up before the window even started, by about 20 minutes. I was happy for this because I was excited and ready to receive it. Install process was easy - attach the water line and plug it in. After doing a basic setup of the Wi-Fi, there was an update waiting. It installed, and I was able to get on with the setup. I am technically inclined, so setup was a no-brainer. I already have a Samsung smartphone, so once I connected my account, a lot of settings were done in the background. The unit is beautiful, and is replacing a 16-year-old unit. the compressor and fans on this model are quiet. On my old unit, I hear a little fan noise, and when you opened the door you would hear more of this sound. In The Samsung unit, the fans are a whisper. It is important to make sure your unit is leveled properly, or else you will have issues with the doors opening as they should. tilted too far back, the doors won't open. Tilted too far forward, they open wildly. there is a balance. This is in the manual but wanted to also stress it here. The installers knew this and prepped the unit, so the doors open slowly and confidently. I am not a fan of Bixby (voice assistant) but I am on the fridge! Once I trained it to my voice, it handles my requests with no issue. With my voice, I can say "open the fridge" without saying "Hey Bixby" (this is a setting you can turn on and off). The Family Hub also has access to Alexa and I can use the fridge to do Alexa tasks. The power cool and power freeze were brilliant, because after taking about 45 minutes to remove the plastic saran wrap off the parts, it was after this that I put my items in. the fridge was at the operating temps I wanted in no time. The screen is beautiful, and the AI camera feature is cool. I need to take some time to see which items I want to keep track of so I can use this as efficiently as possible. For now, it's capturing everything I am doing - I am not even taking time to pause, so the camera can see - It's able to snap a photo as I move about. Once it does this, the AI screen opens, and you can add data to the item that it does not automatically recognize. I do plan to be more focused on making sure I have the item facing up, or framed properly, so the camera can get a proper photo. That's on me and not the fridge. The camera does a good job of making sure my image is not in the scene. The auto water pitcher feature is also nice. Being inside the door and not needed to open the door, this helps keep the fridge at a constant temp. The hub allows me to access my other Samsung items on the screen as well. This is really a fantastic device.

This is big, but it actually has room inside to put many different items. My old fridge was just night and no space inside. The beverage center is great for my 3 kids always thirsty running around all day. The ice is also great, little nuggets and big nuggets. The freezer space is also amazing, fits all our stuff. My kids love using Alexa on the fridge for their random questions, Which is great. I love using my calendar on the fridge so the whole family can get their events in. My mother in law loves to play her music on YouTube when she is cooking. This fridge is a great addition to our family and I truly believe it is great for any big family. I will definitely recommend this fridge to everyone.

Takes a little time and tech savvy to get all your different media accounts added. There are plenty of video how to's and features included for you to research. This will be the center of attention in your kitchen and everyone that comes over just loves it. I really love that the Ring App pops up on it to see who's at the front door. Spacious interior and beautiful exterior. Not much more you could want in a refrigerator.

The star of the show is definitely the AI Family Hub — the huge 32" touchscreen is a hit with everyone, especially the kids. They love the whiteboard feature, and we've been using it for quick notes, reminders, and even the occasional doodle. Watching recipe videos or streaming while prepping meals makes cooking more fun and interactive. The beverage center is another standout. The built-in pitcher is perfect for quickly filling water bottles before heading out to soccer or baseball practice. We also love the dual ice maker — it gives you both cubed ice and smaller "Ice Bites," which is a nice touch. And thankfully, the ice maker is no longer in the main fridge compartment (a flaw in older Samsung models), so there's tons more usable fridge space now. Speaking of space — this fridge has plenty of room, and the SmartThings integration ties everything together seamlessly with our other Samsung appliances. It really feels like a smart home when the fridge can talk to the oven or alert us when a door is left open. Now, for the not-so-great parts. We had some hiccups with the ice maker at first — it didn't produce enough ice for the first couple of days. This refrigerator is absolutely amazing! The Family Hub screen is massive and very easy to use. You can queue up a recipe on YouTube, manage your family's activities with the calendar, or even have the fridge suggest recipes based on the food you have on hand. The freezer took some extra time organizing since the ice is not available in the door, but there's still plenty of room. My kids love the option of full sized ice cubes or ice bites. The automatic touch to open doors are super convenient when your arms are full of grocery bags. I was a little concerned that my Great Dane would accidentally trigger the automatic door but so far no issues there. Most definitely a 10/10!
