(I wish it could take a picture of the person, so you know who is eating all the deserts ;) ) * The hidden beverage center makes the design clean and seamless and that makes the design look modern. * The pitcher jar with a fruit infusion core is a great addition to the beverage center. We are using that a lot now in summer for refreshing and flavored drinks any time of the day. * The 3 shelves on the top section are adjustable to different heights. Set them according to your needs. * The freezer section is large as compared to my old refrigerator and it has a sliding tray for ice and small stuff and we keep all the large frozen boxes or meat in the large freezer tray. * It makes two types of ice cubes in separate sections and even comes with a scoop. * The refrigerator screen is crisp and vibrant. Great for watching YouTube or TV (It comes with Samsung Live TV). We mostly use this to play music on YouTube, and kids use it to doodle and draw. * We use the calendar app to manage our kid’s classes and family appointments. * We integrated this with Alexa to control our smart devices. * It comes preloaded with many apps like YouTube, Instagram, Spotify, SmartThings, Ring integration, and more. * You can customize and arrange widgets and apps on the home screen as per your use. * Auto door opening with a light touch. * it has a fast cooling option for both the top section and freezer. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge Review This New Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator with Family Hub is an absolute MONSTER! Enormous isn’t the right word, but it’s all in mostly positive ways! The amount of space provided in the fridge and freezer is fully maximized by removing the ice section from the main refrigerator. The beverage center is completely built into one of the door panels which allows for easy access to the door shelves, but also protects the water dispenser by placing it behind the door. This fridge also has a built in pitcher right next to the door that will fill up on its own. It is only large enough to fill a few glasses, but the smaller than a gallon size men’s my son can grab it on his own without any need for assistance or concerns for how he’ll handle it. The family hub though is the real star of this model! It’s fully replaced other kitchen devices, Alexa’s, and iPads in my kitchen. It keeps track of the fridges contents, with pictures. It has space for notes to be left from my son, which he loves! It has a section that will compile recipes based on what ingredients I have in the fridge already, and that’s all before you consider access to YouTube, sports scores, weather, my daily calendar, and so many other apps. Some younger family members recently came over and discovered a rubix cube game. Overall I highly recommend this unit if you are looking for a significant space upgrade in terms of size, with all the tech perks. My knees also love that the freezer is on the bottom, but both levels can be viewed from above! Who knew the coolest thing I’d own would be my refrigerator.

It’s modern, sleek, and packed with features that genuinely make everyday life easier. My favorite things? The dual ice maker and the AutoFill water pitcher in the beverage center. Between the cubed ice and smaller “Ice Bites,” I always have the right ice on hand, and the pitcher is perfect for refilling water bottles quickly — I use it all the time. The whiteboard app on the Family Hub screen has also been a big hit. It’s great for leaving notes or reminders, and the kids have gotten a little too excited about it — now they want to watch videos on the fridge more than the TV or tablets! It’s fun, but I might need to set a fridge screen time limit. I also really appreciate the layout of the crisper drawers — they’re deeper than I expected and easily hold a good variety of fruits, veggies, and cheese without feeling cramped. The overall space in the fridge and freezer is generous, and it’s been easy to organize everything. That said, not everything is perfect. I really miss having traditional handles on the doors — the flat panel design is clean-looking, but the hidden grip style can be a bit awkward to use, especially when my hands are full or wet. It’s a small design choice that impacts day-to-day convenience more than I thought it would. My biggest disappointment, though, was discovering that the bottom two panels were scratched and dented right out of the box. It was frustrating to see that kind of damage on a brand-new, premium appliance. Thankfully, because this is part of the Bespoke line, the panels are swappable. I’m currently working with the seller to get replacements — fingers crossed they come through. Overall, it’s a beautiful, feature-rich fridge that fits our lifestyle well. This refrigerator is absolutely amazing! The Family Hub screen is massive and very easy to use. You can queue up a recipe on YouTube, manage your family's activities with the calendar, or even have the fridge suggest recipes based on the food you have on hand. The freezer took some extra time organizing since the ice is not available in the door, but there's still plenty of room. My kids love the option of full sized ice cubes or ice bites. The automatic touch to open doors are super convenient when your arms are full of grocery bags. I was a little concerned that my Great Dane would accidentally trigger the automatic door but so far no issues there. Most definitely a 10/10!

Bespoke Counter Depth 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with AI Home in Charcoal Glass Top and Stainless Steel for about a month now, and I’m really happy with it. One of the most helpful features is the AI view inside the fridge. It shows actual pictures of what’s in there, which is a lifesaver when I’m out shopping and can’t remember if we’re low on something. The Family Hub is something my whole household uses. Our favorite feature on it is the calendar—we use it every day to keep track of everyone’s schedules. It’s been a huge help in keeping us organized. We also leave little notes or reminders for each other, and sometimes we’ll pull up a recipe video right from the door while cooking. The cooling performance is strong, and everything stays fresh. I especially love the middle drawer. We use it for quick grab items like string cheese, deli meat, fruit cups, and yogurt. It’s super convenient for packing lunches or snacks. This is big, but it actually has room inside to put many different items. My old fridge was just night and no space inside. The beverage center is great for my 3 kids always thirsty running around all day. The ice is also great, little nuggets and big nuggets. The freezer space is also amazing, fits all our stuff. My kids love using Alexa on the fridge for their random questions, Which is great. I love using my calendar on the fridge so the whole family can get their events in. My mother in law loves to play her music on YouTube when she is cooking. This fridge is a great addition to our family and I truly believe it is great for any big family. I will definitely recommend this fridge to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very attractive refrigerator, the touch screen on the door is very helpful to remind me what I need to purchase to stock up, but this type of product is not for everyone, if you’re computer smart and know how to use this to your advantage by all means this is for you. The color and style fits perfectly in our kitchen. On the screen it has a meal planner for the week and we can look up and store recipes as needed. There are no handles sticking out for us to bump into, the home screen displays the current temperature outside and has a calendar that you can post events as reminders and has a feature that tells you how much power your home is using. I really like the ice maker it makes large and small ice cubes and has a built-in water pitcher that will refill itself after each use. I also have my Ring doorbell camera connected to it so if someone comes to the door, I just have to look at the refrigerator door to see who's there. It also works with Alexa, or it has Bixby that is also available. This refrigerator has so many features to make things easier for us.
