My old refrigerator always froze things on the top shelf since the air from the freezer was pulled into the refrigerator to cool it. All the other features are awesome.

Purchased the Bespoke refrigerator with AI family hub two days ago and have spent countless hours trying to setup Family Hub, then once account was finally set up, received message that family hub was no longer supported and needed to use another app called “SmartThings”. Well, it won't even sync up to the refrigerator. Also, found other included apps on refrigerator are no longer supported.

It has plenty of room for me to store groceries for the week and then some. My whole family utilizes the water/drink access door daily and has helped us to cut down significantly on plastic water bottle use. The technology features are helpful when trying to remember what was left in the fridge last minute at the grocery store and I like being able to display pictures and drawings without accumulating paper and magnets on the front of the fridge. Overall, wonderful product. I only gave it a four, because the freezer door often needs to be pushed closed on the bottom left corner despite the seal being closed in the center.

Using camera to see what's inside allows for the door to be opened less. With the integrated network connectivity to the internet, it makes the appliance more usable in the kitchen. The roominess of the inside allows for a large amount of Items to be stored inside plus with the deli draw that gives additional storage.

We chose this refrigerator for its size and functionality, especially the separate drawer that makes it easy to grab our favorite snacks. I also love the side screen feature, which lets us view our calendar and leave notes for each other. The only downside: fingerprints!

I'm on the shorter side so just a bit hard to grab things on the top rack and far back. Other than that we love our new fridge!

Wife even put a picture frame in it. Not sure what that's all about. But she seems to like it. No issues with it. This replaced a Frigidaire that had been nothing but trouble for 3 years. Like night and day. Enjoy leaving notes and making weekly menu. As well as monitoring our ring cameras.
