Coolest Fridge Ever!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a week of use, my son has proclaimed this refrigerator, "The Coolest Fridge Ever!" And I kind of agree. Samsung's new Bespoke 29 cu. ft. French Door Refrigerator has exceeded all our family's expectations. The first thing you notice is its giant 32" touchscreen and the Samsung Family Hub. This customizable display has plenty of features to include entertainment (TV, music), calendar with reminders, and even a very cool recipe app that recommends recipes based on cuisine preferences and food availability. The inside is spacious! There is plenty of shelf space, door space, a customizable FlexDrawer, a super convenient Beverage center and one of its best features, a Dual Ice Maker in the freezer, where it belongs! The Auto Open Door feature works quite well, and we find that placing our hand there assists when opening the door naturally. The refrigerator easily connects to Samsung's SmartThings app, and alerts are available when the door is left open or any issues with the refrigerator. From the app, I can use the AI Vision to see what items are currently in the refrigerator doors, change temperatures to include freezer, select power cool and power freeze which quickly cools the appliance. and even add pictures to the Family Hub to be displayed in the gallery. We are enjoying our new technology and very spacious refrigerator, and highly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen!

Samsung has made this appliance so innovative that I'm in awe. My family is so excited that we play like kids on the fridge. This is truly an amazing and beautiful product. Of Samsung.
Love This Fridge!
Samsung Bespoke 29 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator Review Alright, let’s talk about this fridge—Samsung’s new Bespoke 29 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with AI Family Hub+ and AI Vision Inside. It’s basically a smart home packed into a super sleek appliance. First off, the design is gorgeous. It’s clean, modern, and customizable, so you can match it to your kitchen vibe. Even though it’s big on space (29 cu. ft. is huge), it doesn’t feel bulky at all. It’s one of those fridges that actually makes your kitchen look better. The 32” touchscreen on the front is insane—in a good way. You can stream Netflix, follow recipes, play music, or leave digital notes for your family right on the fridge. It honestly feels like a giant tablet just casually chilling in your kitchen. Super fun and surprisingly useful. Now for the cool tech part: AI Vision Inside. It can recognize certain items you put in or take out, so you always have an idea of what’s in your fridge without opening every drawer. It’s lowkey genius for grocery planning. One of my favorite features is the dual ice maker—you get both cubed and nugget ice, which is a total win for drinks and smoothies. And the Beverage Center is just super convenient. It gives you quick access to cold water, whether you want it from the built-in dispenser or the AutoFill water pitcher that always stays full. Bottom line? This fridge is way more than just a place to store food. It’s smart, super stylish, and packed with helpful features. If you’re into tech or just want a fridge that makes everyday stuff easier (and cooler), this one’s worth checking out.
Excellent Features and Ease of Use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge looked amazing as we were shopping, but after using it for a few days now, it's even better than we expected. The Family Hub screen has been an excellent addition to our kitchen. Simple things like having a convenient place to put notes, quickly check our family calendar, or where we can have recipes has been very useful. The way the fridge will "scan" items as you take them in an out is also very cool. It doesn't always properly identify them, but we're moving so quickly in and out that I'm surprised it catches them at all. It usually does a pretty good job of recognizing most things though. The cameras inside to view what is in both doors is also excellent. We also really like the auto-open doors, by placing your hand under the sensor on each side. Very useful for when you're needing something out of the fridge, but either don't have a free hand, or maybe you have something on your hands at the moment. One of our other standout features, is the beverage center. Giving easy access to water, either from the pitcher, or from the push to fill. Having a pitcher with cold water that is automatically refilled is excellent. And having the usual push to fill inside the door is nice as well. Making the water cooler no matter which you choose. Organization is excellent with all the space inside, and how things are divided. Including the middle drawer, which we use for soda cans and still have space for more. The freezer is also excellent in organization, with the ice scooping area up top, and a good amount of space below that. This has been a huge upgrade for us. We're really loving it so far.
Beautiful fridge, Incomparable tech
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this fridge, it's beautiful and matches the rest of my Samsung appliances. It has a huge screen on the front that works like a tablet! You can do almost anything a Samsung tablet would do. I am sure they will add more features as more updates are made but as of now I can check my ring cameras, play Spotify/ pandora/ iheart, you can watch YouTube and control all your other devices connected via SmartThings. I haven't even mentioned the AI inside or the automatic doors or the other 100 features that are equally as mindblowing. Just all around really happy and can't wait to see what else they add.

Stylish, Spacious, and Smart
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There’s a lot to love about this Samsung Bespoke 4-Door French Door Refrigerator. It’s modern, sleek, and packed with features that genuinely make everyday life easier. My favorite things? The dual ice maker and the AutoFill water pitcher in the beverage center. Between the cubed ice and smaller “Ice Bites,” I always have the right ice on hand, and the pitcher is perfect for refilling water bottles quickly — I use it all the time. The whiteboard app on the Family Hub screen has also been a big hit. It’s great for leaving notes or reminders, and the kids have gotten a little too excited about it — now they want to watch videos on the fridge more than the TV or tablets! It’s fun, but I might need to set a fridge screen time limit. I also really appreciate the layout of the crisper drawers — they’re deeper than I expected and easily hold a good variety of fruits, veggies, and cheese without feeling cramped. The overall space in the fridge and freezer is generous, and it’s been easy to organize everything. That said, not everything is perfect. I really miss having traditional handles on the doors — the flat panel design is clean-looking, but the hidden grip style can be a bit awkward to use, especially when my hands are full or wet. It’s a small design choice that impacts day-to-day convenience more than I thought it would. My biggest disappointment, though, was discovering that the bottom two panels were scratched and dented right out of the box. It was frustrating to see that kind of damage on a brand-new, premium appliance. Thankfully, because this is part of the Bespoke line, the panels are swappable. I’m currently working with the seller to get replacements — fingers crossed they come through. Overall, it’s a beautiful, feature-rich fridge that fits our lifestyle well. Overall, this an absolutely FANTASTIC product and I 100% recommend it!
Cheap material
This is the worst refrigerator ever. Had it a little over a year and every draw is breaking. The frig itself is breaking any to toss in the garbage. It make no sensor how the material is so cheap. Love samsung phones but will never buy any other appliance from them.
Hi Sab L, It’s completely natural to expect a fridge to hold up over time. When something you use every day starts falling apart, it can be really frustrating. Let us provide details to help with your experience. Plastic drawers in refrigerators can break for several reasons, most of which are related to material stress and temperature effects. Here's a breakdown of the common causes: 1. Cold Temperature Makes Plastic Brittle: Refrigerator drawers are made from polystyrene or similar plastics that become more brittle at low temperatures. When the plastic is cold, it's less flexible and more prone to cracking or breaking under pressure or impact. 2. Overloading: Storing too much food or heavy items in the drawer puts stress on the plastic, especially when pulling it in and out. Overloaded drawers can crack at the runners, corners, or bottom. 3. Improper Use: Slamming the drawer shut or pulling it out too forcefully can crack the plastic. Leaning or standing on open drawers (kids or during cleaning) can also lead to breaks. 4. Age and UV Exposure: Over time, plastic degrades. If a fridge has a clear drawer, UV light exposure (even from the fridge light) can make it yellow and brittle. Aging plastic loses elasticity and cracks more easily. Tips to Prevent Breakage: a. Avoid overloading drawers. b. Let drawers warm up slightly before removing them for cleaning. c. Handle with care, especially in cold conditions. Wonderful fridge with interesting innovations
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been using the new Samsung fridge for about a month now. The review really breaks down into two categories: The overall design and function as a fridge and the new Samsung tech innovations. First the review as a fridge; It has deep storage so you can fit all your groceries and more. The shelves are customizable by height but also slides back and forth so you can adjust as needed. The beverage door is useful for grabbing a cold drink without opening the entire fridge and the ease to reload is convenient. The middle slide tray is great for canned drinks and flat items giving you additional flexibilities. Freezer is also very customizable with a separate ice tray. Now on to the tech innovations; at first I thought the screen was overkill, after all YouTube on your fridge?! After a few weeks I’ve come around to understanding the usefulness of it all. First, it’s quite handy being able to bring up a YouTube recipe to follow along while you are cooking. Second, the note app and the calendar app which you can sync to your Google account are very helpful as reminders to your schedule and cooking tasks. The ability to link up to Alexa or Spotify are both a nice touch to make your cooking process enjoyable. While all these are not necessary to your fridge but they’re a welcomed change and pushes for changes in the appliance world. I personally did find the AI camera detecting what you put in and out of fridge annoying but you can always turn it off. While I understand the innovation it just wasn’t helpful from a day to day use. Overall, if you are looking for a high tech fridge, this one def checks all the marks with plentiful storage space and modern tech enhancements.
