[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am coming from a 15ish year old fridge with no ice (ice maker didnt work) and no water (something I have always wanted) and this fridge is amazing. Not only is it spacious, but it is SPACIOUS! I didn’t realize how difference the size was. Organization is SUPER easy since the drawers are adjustable, the middle ‘flex’ drawer itself is great for anything from snacks for the kids, to cheese (so…much….cheese). The self opening doors are a great feature, just wish they were a TAD faster. I do have a feeling that I will have to turn it off since my kids feel like it’s a game. The family hub is great too! We have our calendar displayed as well as the weather (plus some photos). It was a little bit of pain to have to install Smartthings on my phone, but I forgot that I had it set up initially a while back. This fridge is amazing, freezer is amazing, the ice bites are amazing (martinis and just kids drinks) and I know it will last!

I love all the amazing features like tapping the door and it opening on its own and the two type of ice it produces! It has been super easy to clean and looks phenomenal in my kitchen. I like that it has echo built in so alexa can help with any questions or needs. Another super cool feature is you can order instacart directly from the fridge for new groceries!! I have yet to find anything I didn't like about my new fridge.

Like how it takes pictures of what you have to help with the grocery list, to being able to listen to music or watch youtube on the screen. Don't even get me started on how amazing the speakers are. The sound is clear and can be turned up extremely loud! You can leave notes and even draw on the screen. One of the features that has helped me is being able to swipe on the bottom of the door and having it open automatically for me. It has come in handy when my hands are full with the baby or groceries. What also comes in handy is being able to have cold water at all times. So having the self-refillable pitcher is a time saver. It refills quickly and can even be used as an infuser. There are honestly so many more amazing features which help in my everyday life. I highly recommend this samsung fridge!

It’s modern, sleek, and packed with features that genuinely make everyday life easier. My favorite things? The dual ice maker and the AutoFill water pitcher in the beverage center. Between the cubed ice and smaller “Ice Bites,” I always have the right ice on hand, and the pitcher is perfect for refilling water bottles quickly — I use it all the time. The whiteboard app on the Family Hub screen has also been a big hit. It’s great for leaving notes or reminders, and the kids have gotten a little too excited about it — now they want to watch videos on the fridge more than the TV or tablets! It’s fun, but I might need to set a fridge screen time limit. I also really appreciate the layout of the crisper drawers — they’re deeper than I expected and easily hold a good variety of fruits, veggies, and cheese without feeling cramped. The overall space in the fridge and freezer is generous, and it’s been easy to organize everything. That said, not everything is perfect. I really miss having traditional handles on the doors — the flat panel design is clean-looking, but the hidden grip style can be a bit awkward to use, especially when my hands are full or wet. It’s a small design choice that impacts day-to-day convenience more than I thought it would. My biggest disappointment, though, was discovering that the bottom two panels were scratched and dented right out of the box. It was frustrating to see that kind of damage on a brand-new, premium appliance. Thankfully, because this is part of the Bespoke line, the panels are swappable. I’m currently working with the seller to get replacements — fingers crossed they come through. Overall, it’s a beautiful, feature-rich fridge that fits our lifestyle well. Overall, this an absolutely FANTASTIC product and I 100% recommend it!

The customizable FlexZone drawer is a game-changer too, letting me switch between fridge and freezer depending on what I need. This fridge is one of those things and you definitely deserve it! The fridge design is sleek and modern, it elevates any kitchen in which it resides. I got the charcoal color and its presence dominates the kitchen and demands attention. The screen is absolutely massive for a fridge, with images that are crisp and clear! The touchscreen is super responsive, making navigating around the various apps and screens a breeze! When paired with the Smart Things app, it gives you near complete control of the fridge and any other Smart Things enabled appliance in your house. I can start my laundry and even the oven from this fridge since I have Smart Things enabled Samsung appliances paired with the app. The connectivity between the appliances and app make your home truly feel like a smart house. After installation, the fridge was able to get cool quickly thanks to the Power Cool and Power Freeze functions. Sadly there is no express ice or anything like that, so it takes several days for that ice tray to get full. And speaking of ice, this fridge makes two different sizes of ice cubes. Did I know I needed two sizes of ice? NO! Am I glad that I now have two different options when choosing ice? YES! And I don't think I will be able to go back! You do have to reach down and scoop it out with a cute little scoop provided, but you get used to it quickly enough. There is an abundant amount of space in this fridge, thanks to the 29 cu. ft. of interior space. The top part of the fridge features French door style doors that open up to a deep and wide interior. The right side shelves are very spacious in size, the bottom of the three can accommodate gallon size jugs. The top two are just as wide, but not tall enough to hold a gallon jug. The left side features only two shelves that could be used to hold more sauces and such, but also holds a secret! The left side door has a hidden beverage center! You can open the left door partially, without having to open the whole door, to reveal the water dispenser and a SELF-FILLING water pitcher! You can also access the door shelves from here as well, so we leave these free for drinks for a true beverage center. This modern and luxurious fridge is basically my dream fridge and I couldn't be happier with it. I look forward to many years of functionality, technology, and impressing everyone!

You can do almost anything a Samsung tablet would do. I am sure they will add more features as more updates are made but as of now I can check my ring cameras, play Spotify/ pandora/ iheart, you can watch YouTube and control all your other devices connected via SmartThings. I haven't even mentioned the AI inside or the automatic doors or the other 100 features that are equally as mindblowing. Just all around really happy and can't wait to see what else they add.

Not only do we have plenty of room, but the technology on this fridge is over the top. Once connected to wifi and the Samsung SmartThings App, the huge display is a source of entertainment. From Samsung TV, to music, to Amazon Alexa, to Ring cameras and more, there's no end to what you can display. I can find recipes, and make a grocery list all in one step. The kids like to doodle and make notes on the whiteboard too! The Flex Drawer can be customized and temperature cooled appropriately based on its contents. The Dual Ice Maker is located in the freezer, and we have had good luck keeping the buckets full. And I absolutely love the Beverage Center! Located in the left main door, you can get water from the internal dispenser or from the AutoFill Water Pitcher. The storage is abundant, and we have no problem with space for our active family of 4! I highly recommend this product and look forward to many years of enjoyment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just when you thought you'd seen it all, Samsung goes and does something like this. I mean, a 32" screen on your fridge?! You didnt know you needed one until you have one, believe me. Is it a little crazy and over the top? Yes. But its functionally and uses are actually super helpful. So first things first, fridge functions. It does all the great stuff a regular fridge does, but better. Cooling is controlled via the app (fridge, flex drawer, freezer) which you can adjust on the fly and shows you the current temp and setting. The freezer has plenty of space and the dual ice feature (cubes and bites) is rad. Onto the beverage center, the auto-fill pitcher is super convenient and can be turned on or off within the Smart Things app. We leave it on since we have a house RO system so we have the option of cold water whenever. Otherwise, you can store plenty of drinks in the bev center door, which is super handy so youre not opening the whole fridge just to grab a drink. The flex drawer is great for keeping kids juices and refrigerated snacks chilled and accessible. The main fridge area somehow seems larger than our previous Samsung french door style fridge, so no worries there, plenty of storage for a family of five. Last but not least, the mondo screen... It is basically a huge Samsung tablet on your fridge. It connects to the internet, has YouTube, AI Vision (scans food as it goes into the fridge), Smart Things so you can control your smart home from the screen. It really comes in handy more than you'd think! All in all, was it worth it? For sure!
