I took me a while to get comfortable with the user interface although as a Mac user it's growing on me. Also love the integration of the AI Family Hub with general home automation. The only negatives so far are the manual doesn't give enough info, so there's lots of trial and error, and it doesn't work with certain apps like Blink.
