[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used our 2025 Samsung Bespoke dishwasher, model # DW90F89P0USRAA in fingerprint resistant stainless steel, for a little over a week now and it is a much needed upgrade to our old dishwasher! The sleek, handle-less design complements our kitchen very well. and completes our kitchen transformation. We had a quiet dishwasher before, but this 38 dBA one is whisper quiet compared to our old one. You pretty much have to be standing directly in front of it to hear it running. This model has no handle, so it takes a bit to figure out how to apply the correct amount of pressure in the proper location for the auto-open door to function; but after that, it works flawlessly. In the event of a power failure, there is a tool that can be used to open the door. This dishwasher has a 3rd Rack Washing System. It is smaller that what we have been used to, so if you use a lot of utensils, some of them will have to be placed into the Cutlery Basket in the lower rack. One other feature we really like is the cup wash area. There is an individual nozzle for each cup or glass. This area can hold 6 coffee cups and 6 glasses. There are also several dedicated areas for washing wine glasses. This dishwasher has 9 wash cycles plus Self Clean, but we have only used AI Wash and have been very happy with the results from this cycle. There is a Smart Dry with Auto Release function on the door. After using the Smart Dry feature, which uses an internal heater to dry the dishes, the door automatically opens to allow further drying. We like the Smart Dry feature, but you have to select it every single time you run the dishwasher. The Samsung SmartThings apps works well with this unit and allows many functions from your phone. Overall, we have been very happy with this dishwasher. One area of concern for us is that the 120V power cord hooks up to the unit in the front left corner as opposed to most models with the cord in the back. The cord runs along a channel to the back from there to hook up to the electrical outlet. Unfortunately for us, the cord is slightly too short and we had to do some electrical modifications to plug it in. We wish that the cord was attached in the back, giving us the length that we needed. Overall, we are very happy with this purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung rarely misses for me and I'm pleased to report another winner! First of all, when they advertise whisper quiet, they aren't kidding. The only thing you hear are the gentle beeps when you're starting the dishwasher and the notification when it ends. Some of the best features I have found are the three racks (with the middle rack being adjustable, so you can move it up or down), the wire racks being adjustable; they can be pulled up or down to make space for larger items, and the pop open feature to continue drying your dishes is genius! My previous dishwasher, the dishes were SOAKING, now they are dry and barely need a dishtowel, if at all! A feature I won't be using, but appreciate is the fact there is a sanitizing setting! What a great feature for any new parent that has to go through tons of bottles each day! Also, if you appreciate some extra tech with your appliances, Samsung offers it with their SmartThings App, which makes it so you can connect to the washer to change settings as well as start and stop loads, and receive notifications.

The 3rd rack washing system gives me a great place drinkware and cleans the insides really well. The SmartDry with AutoRelease makes sure everything is dry by morning so all items can be put away. I don't have to pre-rinse any dishes since the AI wash system ensures all stubborn food and dirt is cleaned off. The Stormwash+ also does an incredible job cleaning all sides of every item I put in. I really like how quiet the washer is since its close to our living room - never disturbs my family.

As soon as you open the door you can see the pod detergent and rinse compartment tucked away in the door just like most dishwashers. There is high quality stainless steel inside and a deep and spacious tub is. Much bigger than my last dishwasher. You can see the silverware compartment is large and holds items in place. The racks glide easily and without wiggle and are well designed, holding about anything you can think of! The Bespoke has that third rack which I love and is a new feature for my family so getting them to use it will be entertaining. Each rack has its own cleaning sprayer nozzle which has so far been spectacular in cleaning my dirty dishes. Even the top rack has its own spray system for your cutlery and smaller items. Extra tip for larger dishes: My husband was bummed because when loaded with dinner plates the middle rack nozzle was blocked and did not spin. Then I showed him how to adjust the middle rack up so that all systems operated perfectly! Large 9-10 inch plates, tall wine glasses and bowls can be easily loaded and the nozzle will spin! The unique functions for the washer controls are concealed in the top of the door and have so many options. It will honestly take a year to go through them all but so far I have used Normal, AI Express and Storm and they all work as expected. No warped plastic and the dishes are super clean! Over time, food stayed on the dishes after they’d ran through the wash cycle, the door handle had to be replaced twice, and near the end I wasn’t able to select the wash components because they automatically stayed on! The new Samsung dishwasher is quite the upgrade from my old dishwasher! Three racks in a dishwasher? Wow! No handle to potentially break and need replaced?! Controls are in the top of the door so you don’t see them on the outside. The dishwasher connects with an app on my phone and I can control the wash cycles and see how much time remains, that is helpful. AI will detect the soil on my dishes use which cycle is best so it saves me from forgetting to change the cycle which helps with saving energy. I like the auto release dry option that opens the door when the wash is finished to help dry the dishes more efficiently. The best feature of the dishwasher is how quiet it is! The first time I ran the dishwasher, I had to keep checking it to make sure it was running because I couldn’t hear it! I was used to my last dishwasher and how loud it was. I just assumed that was normal and how all dishwashers were. This is my first Samsung dishwasher and after using it several times, I recommend this. In addition to all of the helpful features, my dishes come out clean and no spots on my glasses. The light inside the dishwasher is pretty handy, too, when I’m putting dishes in. I am really loving having a new dishwasher!

With two kids we have dishes piling up every day. The dishwasher makes keeping up easy! The 3rd Rack Washing System allows us to clean more dishes and the top rack is perfect for cups and cooking utensils. The Auto Release Door is great. This dishwasher makes sure we get a dry load every time. Also I love how quiet it is! It hard to tell it’s running. We also love that it connects to Samsung Smart Things App. It allows me to control it from anywhere in the house. Overall, we absolutely love our new dishwasher.
