I’ve been fine just to soak and wash my dishes on my own. In just a week this dishwasher has changed my opinion and freed up some of my time. This is the quietest dishwasher I’ve ever heard in my life, I had to keep double checking to make sure that it was working and running. The inside options are amazing and it has a third rack. There is loads of space, so bulky items are more than welcome to fit! The dishes are extremely clean and the shine is amazing after only one complete cycle! The dishes are also dried perfectly and no water spots!! I’ve actually never experienced a dishwasher clean so efficiently and that’s what I’ve always been afraid of. I am so super impressed with this dishwasher. I am singing its praises.. If you are in the market for a dishwasher, this is the perfect one from how pretty it is to how quiet it is to how effectively it cleans dishes! This is the perfect dish dishwashing machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The experience with the Samsung Bespoke dishwasher has been great so far. I like all the wash cycles, especially the AI wash cycles. The third rack for cups and utensils is very useful. It allows for more dishes to be placed on the second row. The positioning of the panel on on the top of the door i s very helpful. In the past, I have had to lock the panel to keep it from getting started by accident. It's very quiet and is not really noticable when running. I like that it pops open when the wash cycles is finished. i would definitely recommend it.

It’s so quiet, and the dishes come out spotless without needing to rinse them first. I really like the light inside—it makes loading and unloading so much easier. There are tons of wash options to choose from, and the AI Wash cycle is great because it figures out what the load needs on its own. It’s been a huge upgrade honestly.

As soon as you open the door you can see the pod detergent and rinse compartment tucked away in the door just like most dishwashers. There is high quality stainless steel inside and a deep and spacious tub is. Much bigger than my last dishwasher. You can see the silverware compartment is large and holds items in place. The racks glide easily and without wiggle and are well designed, holding about anything you can think of! The Bespoke has that third rack which I love and is a new feature for my family so getting them to use it will be entertaining. Each rack has its own cleaning sprayer nozzle which has so far been spectacular in cleaning my dirty dishes. Even the top rack has its own spray system for your cutlery and smaller items. Extra tip for larger dishes: My husband was bummed because when loaded with dinner plates the middle rack nozzle was blocked and did not spin. Then I showed him how to adjust the middle rack up so that all systems operated perfectly! Large 9-10 inch plates, tall wine glasses and bowls can be easily loaded and the nozzle will spin! The unique functions for the washer controls are concealed in the top of the door and have so many options. It will honestly take a year to go through them all but so far I have used Normal, AI Express and Storm and they all work as expected. No warped plastic and the dishes are super clean! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we moved into our house, we had a very basic and very loud dishwasher. It had basically no options and the cleaning power was pretty bad, we mostly handwashed dishes. I heard nothing but good things about Samsung dishwashers so I was excited to give this one a shot. After the delivery guys installed it, we powered it on and it instantly wanted to connect through the Smart Things app! Once I allowed it, I literally didn't have to do anything else, Smart Things had connected it to the Wi-Fi and started an update. This is truly one of the best parts of having the Smart Things app. Once it was time to start a wash cycle, I was met with a plethora of options for cycle types. I went with the AI Wash cycle and let it go. This thing is so quiet I didn't realize it was running, I actually panicked a little at first. When the cycle was done, I was met with DRY and sparkling clean dishes. I used a basic detergent as i don't use the pods and was still met with amazing results. After using the dishwasher many times by this point, the only problem I have had so far is that when I opened the dishwasher mid-cycle, it would not restart and I basically just had to turn it off and then on again. This hasn't happened since. There was a software update since then, so I'm not sure if the problem was addressed or if it was just a one time fluke. Also, when we got the dishwasher delivered, it was a little banged up at the bottom. Not a big deal as it is purely aesthetic, but worth mentioning. Overall, I am completely blown away by this dishwasher. It's impressive how clean my dishes can get, with little to no pre-washing, from a machine that is so quiet you can barely tell it's running! I am beyond amazed and completely happy with this dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this dishwasher for about a week now and I’m genuinely impressed. This item was a huge upgrade from our previous unit. While at first, I was skeptical of the advertised 3rd rack, it has quickly become my favorite feature. I’m a tall guy so bending or squatting down to put silverware into the holder has always been tedious. Typically, I’d haphazardly throw them in and cross my fingers our utensils end up getting cleaned. Not anymore, the 3rd rack has a luxurious tray to place in each item, so they’re perfectly spaced out. To make it even better, they have dedicated washers for small cups and pint size cups. The washer provides you with a variety of different washes. We typically use the “Normal” option and it’s done its job. While it’s running, we can barely hear it. This is great because after a long day, the last thing I want to do is listen to loud sloshing sounds from the other room when I’m trying to relax with my wife watching TV or a movie. There is one feature I’m not too thrilled about and need more time to determine if I like it. That feature is the auto release door. I’m all for efficiency and reduced energy consumption, but I have quite got used to waking up to the door ajar. None the less, I’m overall satisfied with its drying capabilities. The setting is easily disabled, I just haven’t made a formal decision to take that action Overall, it’s a winner. It has everything I need and more. To make it better, it adds a nice sleek touch and compliments our other Stainless Steel Samsung appliances. It’s even very easy to connect to the Smartthings app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I love this dishwasher. The cycles are extremely quiet, aside from the drain through the sink. I love the large storage ability and the fact that you can raise/lower the shelves. Sometimes you don't realize it's on, and can't see the buttons/lights on the control panel because they're hidden under the countertop, accidentally interrupting it mid cycle. I also kinda miss having a bar/handle to hang an extra hand towel on. It is very sleek looking and overall would recommend it to a friend.

Once installed the dishwasher looks great, very nice look that complements our kitchen so well. And the best part is how the Samsung dishwasher gets everything cleaned inside, and better yet, it dries the dishes and lastly it opens the door slightly so it can be vented right away. This way we do not need to be around while it is working or when it is done. Our Samsung cleans much better than our previous one and it does it quietly too. The application is a plus but not necessary, so the dishwasher looks great, works amazingly and we can arrange the dishes in many different ways to optimize the space to be cleaned. There is a spot where the dishes get the force of the jets even better so on that side is where we place the dishes that are a little dirtier. And having three rows where the dishes can be cleaned is amazing, we recommend.

We have used the AI Wash cycle every time and it has cleaned the dishes perfectly each time and the auto open feature helps with drying the dishes SOOO much. As you can see in the pictures I still have to put in some inserts as the space was bigger than the dishwasher, but even with the space being open you can barely hear it when running while in the kitchen with it so the noise rating is definitely accurate. Overall, a great dishwasher and I don't regret going with this over some of the other options I considered like Bosch and Miele.
