The assembly instructions could be better but its not rocket science. I am 6 ft tall and adjusting seat height for pedals puts the handle bars too low. I want to cycle sitting up. So ill need to see what the local bike shop can do for me. The swat is also uncomfortable so ill replace that also. Go to a bike shop and try them out for your form. Get the manufacturer name and model and see if you can get one online cheaper.

The trike we received had unmoutable rear fenders 3/2012. I called Schwinn and was told that about 10,000 bikes had a rear fender problem..THE REAR FENDER MOUNTING METHOD was being re-designed. The new fender brackets for the newly designed rear frame were about 1 inch too short. So... Schwinn sent the OLD brackets as a replacement, but no mounting bolts were included. They sent a replacement rear frame (OLD style) with NEW style fender brackets for only one fender. Ended up solving the problem by designing my own brackets and using stainless bolts. Fender installation . ohh. about 12 hours counting the time to and from the hardware store.. I'd give Schwinn so time to work out the issues before ordering

While the directions could've been a little clearer, I really didn't have much of a problem putting it together. I'm not sure what other peoples' problems were. Some common sense goes a long way. My autistic 21 year old son can now ride a bike with us! I have a tandem bike that we ride but we felt it would be good for his self-esteem and also good exercise to ride by himself. He loves it!

Ordered this Trike for my daughter who is Autistic. It is wonderful. We had it delivered and assembled it ourself. Went together pretty easily in less than 2 hours. It was missing a nut in the rear assembly. A quick trip to the local hardware store took care of that. The only other issue was that one of the rear fenders was bent slightly and rubbed on the tire. In reading previous reviews we were expecting that, and were able to adjust it until the rubbing stopped. My daughter and I can't wait to get out on the bike paths and explore- with a picnic lunch in that wonderful basket!

This is a great looking bike. The silver is more of a gunmetal grey which matches my car. It only took my husband less than an hour to assemble. He is mechanically inclined and my 11 year old son helped so it might take the average person a little bit more time to put it together. This bike only has one speed which is ok since I'm only using it for cruising and moderate exercise. One thing I noticed, you might have to adjust the fender(s) because they seem bent. This is why I didn't give this 5 stars. I think the metal used for the fenders could have been thicker making it less susceptible to bending. The bent fenders rub against the tire but you can bend them straight.

exactly what i expected. customer service was excellent! am seriously thinking of ordering qbother one for a family member who is insecure about rellearning to ride a bike. everytime i take it out for a ride, i get compliments! ("Nice bike" or "love your bike" --- most don't call it a trike ...) and the customer service i got was soooo refreshingly excellent and sincere !!
