Received bike with all three fenders and chain covers either dented or scratched. Received additional parts from the factory in same condition. Called again and requested that someone (Supervisor) please inspect the parts prior to shipping again, POOR quality assurance. After another week received a call and was told some of the parts inspected by the Supervisor were also damaged and they were waiting additional parts for inspection. One of the parts was backordered and not sure when it will be shipped. I have tried ALL summer to get two bikes alike that were not damaged, and as of now, I am still waiting on parts for one. Needless to say, it seems there needs to be an improvement in the quality inspection of this product. They have one more chance to make it right, and if not, I plan on carrying both bikes back to Wal-Mart and looking for another supplier.

I have wanted one of these bikes for a while so I finally made the purchase it arrived one day late but that's ok. Put it together and it works great except for an fender that rubs the tire, but that can be fixed by tweaking it. I also bought a seat with a back rest and it's better now. I suffer from chronic back and leg pain and hope that this bike will help me with exercise since walking hurts to bad. So far it is a great purchase and I really enjoy riding it I even put my Westie in the back and go for rides she loves it also.

Box was damaged and opened on two sides... Missing parts as well as small parts found in street and driveway leading up to the house... WalMart did credit 10% of purchase price to obtain seat... Still trying to find the proper size seat post... Pacific Cycle, the distributor, has promised to replace the missing post... Original shipment delivered on August 2nd - now the 18th and still awaiting part... Damage claim filed with FedEx was denied, explaining that claim must be filed by shipper... No apology given by FedEx for poor delivery service... I would suggest that purchasers take advantage of the "Ship to Store" feature from the WalMart.com web site and let them deal with any damage or missing parts when they assemble the bike... During assembly, some minor problems with "hole" alignments and fender adjustments to avoid "tire rub" but the bike appears stable and should satisfy the original expectations... I will have to write another review when bike is finally assembled and taken out for a ride...

Spoke is to close to wheel causing it to rub on it while riding, so my husband pulled it back a bit and holds it in place by a zip strip, seems not to rub anymore. Also seat shifts a bit! no matter how many times I tighten it. But all that aside and Man do I love this bike...

it came with a bent frame i got it for my birthday and went to put it toghther and as soon as you opened the box you could tell it had been returned once already then they sent it to me anyhow i have MS and should be out riding instead i am trying ,hoping to get a new bike no really new, i am so sad. all the other things i have gotten from walmart have been great so i can't understand why they would do this on such an expensive item. guess it is not expensive to them

The quality is good. However, some engineering modifications are in order. The rear basket for example sits too far forward for easy seat adjustment. The fenders sit too close to the tires and adjustment is difficult. All minor problems but detract from overall satisfaction.

My entire experience with the purchase of the trike from order to site-to-store delivery to assembly was great! Packaging was intact and undamaged, all parts were present, and assembly was a breeze. The manual accompanying the parts was for this exact model, and had addendums for changes to newer models not yet included in the manual. All the parts went together exactly as the manual showed, and fit, finish, and quality of the trike is exceptional. The only discrepancy I found was that the color of the trike I received was more of a dark gunmetal grey than the silver shown in the product pictures. That's OK because the basket also was black instead of chrome, which really gives this trike an awesome color scheme, different than all the other trikes I have seen up to now (it doesn't look like a mutant grocery cart!). I would highly recommend this trike to everyone in the market for one - it's a qualitty product at a smokin' price!

Delivery made by FedEx. Box was heavy but I managed to move to rear of house for assembly. Two persons really should do this. Assembled myself in 2 hours but I Work on motorcycles and cars as a hobby. Not a real challenging build. Only complaint is rear fenders are hard to align do they do not rub and mount is flimsy. May just remove them later. All in all bike is very good and wife who can no longer ride a two wheeler loves it. She has trouble with her legs but gets around well on this. Mint green color is real nice.

Despite the photo showing a silver tone bike, it actually has a dark charcoal gray paint. Much nicer in color than the stock photo shows. Overall, the bike is very attractive and rides ok. My only complaint is that the rear fenders were extremely small for the tire size causing them to rub against the tires, making noise and slowing me down. I had to bend them quite a bit to keep them from touching the tires and sometimes they still do anyway. I will probably have to remove them all together to avoid the problem completely.

The bike was easy to build however during the ship I can only assume some of the pieces were bent. Luckily I have a awesome who bent the pieces back careful because that is is his profession. My family and I ride our bikes together all the time so I truly enjoy myself. My ride is smooth except if tried to ride on patches of dirt/ rocks. Not impress about the condition it was during shipping but ups don't care about nobody's things. Overall great bike for me because I have two brain conditions so riding is a difficult task but this made it easy.
