Metal and wood together feels strong and firm when you put the mattress on top. Easy to assemble and very neat. I really love it. Size is not so high it’s just so perfect. I love it.

We recently bought a new king size platform bed with a 12" mattress. It didnt need a box spring, but I found that it was to low to the ground for me, even with an added bunkie board. This box spring was the perfect fit. It didnt make my bed too high, it was super easy to put together & arrived much quicker than expecred. Getting the cover on after assembly was the hardest part, lol. Probably took less than an hour from unboxing to finish & I did it by myslef.

Ordered a 4" low profile box spring based on good reviews and low price. I was able to assemble without my husband's help. Very sturdy, and has a nice cover. Definitely a good buy!

Bought it a month ago. What a surprise - it came as a kit! Not too happy about that! But I put it together anyway. Turned out great! The metal frame makes it stronger than any other box springs I have ever purchased. It's working out great. I heartedly recommend it. A great bargain as well. Thanks, Sam's Club!

It's kind of daunting when you get the box and its this really skinny long box and your thinking this is a queen size box spring - did I order right? But once you open it and lay out the pieces it goes together quite quickly and easily.

Poor quality. The screw holes would not lineup for proper assembly

The Box Spring was delivered 6 days early which was great. The main issue we have is that the Frame is not square on both sides. It is off 1" on one side no matter how it is assembled which makes it difficult to set in place. Probably worth half of what we paid. We will not purchase from that company again.

I have loved everything I’ve bought from Sams. I have purchased 3 Zinus mattresses and they are great. Now the spring box is another thing. It gives absolutely no support at all. My back hurts a lot after a night sleep, something that didn’t happen with my old spring box. I will be returning it for sure.
