This looked so cute online. I got it at my local Sam's Club curbside. When we took it out of the box, there were several holes in the base and we couldn't get the screws to match up to the holes, no matter what we did. The idea is great, but it's cheaply made and not worth the cost. I'm returning it. I'd pass on this one.

it's a great idea, but the thing is poorly built. the way it attaches to the base, the welds are poorly done and it doesn't take much wind to make them break and it's essentially impossible to repair. It also sags after being out together adding on to it breaking easier. Had to put toilet levels in the gaps to try to fix the sag, but it still sags some. The sign part itself is good but if the remote goes out, there is no way to manually control it.

Poorly made product. Our Member's Mark 5' (it's actually shorter that advertised) LED countdown sign is a huge letdown. The sign wasn't even out for a full week when the post collapsed under its own weight and fell over. The globe busted and the sign is irreparably damaged. We even tried to take preventative measures and added zip ties as reinforcements. The sign was great for a day, but the quality did not match the amount spent on the sign. Extremely disappointed in the product.

bought this late 24'. it's bigger then imagined. and the lights are too bright. (jmo) and too much glitter!! brought it up to use now and it won't even turn on! new batteries in remote. all connections are good. So that was an almost $200 down the drain fast.

I love it I made a New Years sign to place over the Santa letters to start the countdown again. Unfortunately a huge wind came and bent the pole back and broke the metal tab with screw off. I was so disappointed. Good news the inside wiring was so long didn't damage the lighting. As for the cheap pot metal tab I thru it out and used zip ties and strong metal Ls (2) to reinforce it and repainted them red. I have to say it's a Beautiful Sign and was made good except for the tabs. Yes I would buy it again!!😀

Easy to assemble, but the holes did not quite line up at the bottom and it leaned a bit to the side so I had to put something under one side so it was straight. The counter kept counting down faster than the days so I had to manually switch it. We had it up for about 4 days and the wind snapped it right off at the bottom so it went in the trash. I wouldn't buy it again.

Bought early (September) last year for Christmas 2024. Lights nice and bright. Many compliments! This is my second season of using it outdoors. Yes as some mentioned holes doesn't totally line up. lining up was no problem. Upright post could have been made with a more sturdy material. Wind might cause a problem. I propped it with a unseen post. As others stated I had to manually change it myself last year, but now i see that it was a overlook on my behave. " Auto" on remote should allow it to keep up with day to day changes. And continous power supply cleared things up for me. Will find out this evening now that i know about the "Auto" button on remote. Overall this is a very good product for me, even with the minor adjustments that I've made last year. And lastly, I will Spray Glitters it because of the harsh winter last season. Some glitter and fade will occur if used outdoor.

We thought this was cute so we purchased it. It is not the best quality. The material is so flimsy. The material on the base had a hole in it. We put a piece of duct tape from the bottom. It's not perfect but it will do. The 2 sections of the upright pole don't line up correctly. We managed to get them lined up enough to get the screw in and had to wire tie them to make it tighter and less wobbly. When we hung the sign on the horizontal bar, the top of the upright pole started leaning due to the weight of the sign. And the horizontal bar is no longer level. One end is slightly lower than the other. If we hadn't put so much effort into it, we would return it. On a positive note - it is cute.

At first this was a very cool idea. The sign is colorful, festive and the lights are bright. I thought this would be fun to have in the neighborhood to alert those driving by how many days until Santa comes. However the metal that this is made out of is probably the cheapest stuff in the world. Construction quality is poor and the sign acts like a sail and on windy days this was blowing all over the place. some of the welds broke and the sign started leaning and looked crooked when viewed from the street. The damage got progressively worse as time went on as more welds would break and the sign became more flimsy and floppy. The sign has been out only for about a month and I'm hoping it will make it until Christmas. After that I will have to try and fabricate something to stiffen the support pole and repair all of the broken welds. Currently the sign is being held together by zip ties and a bungee cord.

Members Mark is junk. Have the time I have bought things like this they don't work out of the box. I don't have time to keep taking back for a replacement to have it not work either. Happened with Halloween and now Christmas. Steer clear of their junk.
