Auto countdown doesn’t work, it changes days every 5-10 hours. I’ve tried multiple unplugs/resets, but it doesn’t work. No option to exchange.

This sign is awesome! It does take a little time to put together the first time....the sign has slots that I did not realize were there which can make it unsteady if not set up correctly. I figured out the proper set up and couldn't be happier.

I like it so far. Can't wait to put it out when we are 60 days out. The only issue I've seen since I put it Together is its leaning, even when we adjust and tighten what needs to be tightened until it wont go any more. So I'm going to figure something out there. I definitely plan to spray seal also, as the glitter flakes easily, but I expected that.

Misplaced remote so it was completelt useless as countdown cant be adjusted without it.

Was so excited but the auto timer will not work for us! It changes and counts down like every 4-5hours. We've tried everything. If anyone can help please do!!!

Just unboxed it and can't get remote to move off a day. It shows red every time u hit a button but not doing anything. How do you get remote to connect to sign or sync.

I'm so happy I bought it. It is such a fun way to count down to christmas. It's also very bright, we put it up early, so I'm sure neighbors love it too lol. Must have as christmas decor!!

Bought the sign plugged it in to make sure it worked came on. Put it out in the yard and plugged it in again now it won't work do not buy will never buy things like this at sams club again

I've had this one week and the dome for the lightbulb on top already cracked so next time it rains water will get trapped inside and ruin the light bulb.

Love the sign but I lost the remote. How do I get a new one?
