This thing is total crap! The holes were drilled in the wrong place and the globe was broken when I took it out of the box. Typical from Sam's.

Worked great one season and now nothing turns on. Everything is connected. Not worth the price for a month use.

I am very dissapointed with this Members Mark product, I was expecting better. The timer function is useless, it counted down 3 days in less than 24 hours, you would also have to set the auto timer at midnight for it to be accurate, if you set the time at 2pm for example, then the countdown days would change again at that same time, if it worked properly. I will be returning this today.

I purchased this in November and I am going to return it. The lights on the words Santa don't light up. It's an incredibly poor design. The fit and finish is horrible. The auto countdown only works if the power is on, there is only one power cord so if your like me and have your Christmas lights on a timer every day you have to manually reset the date I spoke with customer service. They said they can put me on backorder for a new part in October 2025.

When I was putting it together I was a little concerned with the fit and quality. It worked fine for about 6 days, and then it started flashing and stopped working. I really like the sign but it really sucks that Sam's Club had it made by such cheap quality standards. Back it goes!

I knew it was tall, but I forgot to see the total size! It's BIG! Much bigger than I thought. It's beautiful though. Very bright lights. The remote makes it real easy to use and to display the days. Once completed, it's pretty heavy! The only thing I didn't care for is the Glitter! WAY TOO much.I put it together myself (74 y/o) I will have to search how to control it. Very striking piece! The neighbors can read it with no problem! 🥰

I tried multiple times to put it up and turn it on but it doesn't work. We spent countless hours to try make it work and have it turn on but nothing works. Had my husband take it apart and put it together, nothing comes on. Tried different cables and cords to plug in, nothing turns on. It's unfortunate how much money I spend and it not work. How am I suppose to return the item with the red sparkles everywhere? Inconvenient and not worth the money
