Sale was fantastic and picture is nice. Tons of choices to watch but cannot add any additional apps. Remote would be much better if channel numbers were select-able. Pause on on-demand movies but not on live channels. 3 hdmi inputs, and USB but no ear-phone or head-phone jack needed for older sound bars without bluetooth. Took me a while to understand and wife finds it quite difficult. Menu offers movies to watch but when selecting you find you need a paid subscription for many. Lots of free channels and movies but many with long commercials.

so far I'm not sure if I would recommend this TV. I love Vizio. the picture is beautiful, but it is very difficult to maneuver the controls on your remote control. it's not as easy as it appears to be, but I just took it out of the box Sunday and I'll write another review in 30 days.

Love these tvs! I’m slowly switching out all of our household tv’s to the Vizio brand. The installation was easy. The setup was a little lengthy but easy and doable. I love the Home Screen and the fact that the smart tv takes the place of a firestick or other streaming device. It’s really user friendly! My three year old is able to use the remote and I love the size and button arrangement! I like that I can also cast my phone. The only downside is that it is not compatible with Spotify!

The sound is not great but the picture is. my biggest issue is the unrelenting ad pop ups that I have not yet figured how to minimize or shut off. While watching Prime shows ads pop up that if you’re not careful will put products in your cart. All it took was an accidental button selection. I still haven’t figured out which one. But I had to log into my Amazon account to delete it. This is incredibly annoying. So much so I am considering returning the TV.

Input has to be reset EVERY TIME you turn on the tv. It won't stick on selected input. NO volume control. NO mute. NO voice control. Presets are for obscure channels never heard of much less carried inUS. e.g. NO Prime. IMPOSSIBLE TV. DO NOT BUY IT!

Bought this tv for my mom with a Vizio 2.1 SE soundbar, hoping the two would sync like my Samsung, not the case. It cuts in and out for the first 15 minutes when trying to watch cable, then when switching inputs, it freezes the tv altogether, to the point you have to unplug it just so you can turn it off. The tv itself is working better without the soundbar, so I’ve reordered another SB to see if it was a lemon. The picture is pretty good.

After I purchased this 50-inch Vizio, I liked it so much that I purchased the Vizio 100-inch model. The Vizio Sound Bars are amazing, the "Quick Connect" is exactly that, it took longer to open the sound system box thsn it did setting it up. The only complaint I have, and it is a very minor one, is Vizio TVs do not have a Web Browser.

This is the first Vizio I've owned and I've never known anyone that has one. It's a little bigger that my old TV. I like the 50" screen and it has a very clear picture. the color is nice and of course you can adjust it if you don't like something about it. Now, the sound, I don't like it at all. To me, it's sounds like the cheapest speakers ever. I can't get the bass and treble adjusted. The background music and and other noises are much louder than the conversations on the shows, which makes it very hard to watch anything. I'm constantly having to adjust the volume, which leads me to the remote control. I do not like the remote at all. the buttons are extremely touchy, and I'm constantly changing channels or muting the volume or something like that. Im just not happy. I bought a Vizio sound bar to go this TV and the TV sound only goes through it occasionally, which upsets me. I thought all sound from the TV would go through the sound bar, but my daughter explained how that works. I sending the sound bar back. I don't even have it hooked up anymore, and very seriously contemplating taking the TV back too.

Poor quality. Picture was very jumpy and seemed to lag. Other TVs in our house don't do that. It's not our internet connection, because we took this one back and traded it for a Samsung, and it has no problems. It sits in the same location as the Vizio and works much better.

picture is very good. better than my samsung flat screen. the volume is not great. turned all the way up and still have hard time hearing over my window air conditioner. sounds the speaker might blow so i had to turn it down. i git it for a great price though. $250.
