Only had this TV for four weeks. Setup was extremely easy. Accessing built apps as well. Great picture and sound via home theater). Incredibly low price at Sam’s, but the purchase and delivery process turned into an absolute “Goat Rope”. Recommendation: Buy this TV, at Sam’s, but go to the store and pick it up yourself, unless you’re a glutton for poor customer (delivery) service.

great colors. easy setup. very confused on the real number of years for warranty as sams screens conflict on # of years, ie above image shows 5 years for my unit.

Great picture quality, easy to setup. Sound sucks, you'll need to buy a sound bar, so figure spending another $100. You'll have to agree to allow vizio to track what you watch to be able to utilize all the features. So I just use a casting device to watch.

When I saw this TV on sale for $200 I was pumped. $200 for a QLED? I bought it immediately. I thought I'd be getting a TV with a bright picture. Boy was I disappointed. The picture, when at max brightness looked no brighter than the TV it was replacing (around 7 years old and not QLED). Setting up the TV...I lost track of how many screens I had to go through. In order to use the smart tv as intended, you have to agree to Vizio's terms and conditions and also create an account. Why on earth do I need to create an account to use a television? The whole process took 15 minutes to "install updates". It was so slow and frustrating when all I wanted to do was watch TV and instead have to wait for screens to load and the OS to install. Why wouldn't it update in the background like most TVs? Then you have to accept the terms and conditions in order to use the TV as intended. If you just want to use the HDMI ports you don't need to accept them. I actually read the terms and conditions and let's just say I returned the TV after reading them. There's a CHANCE I might have been able to get past it if I was blown away with the picture but considering it was mediocre at best, I returned it. Wasn't worth it even at the cheap price. I will say it was very easy to delete the account which was refreshing. This TV is a classic "there's a reason why it's so cheap".

I love the picture quality and the 50". it was extremely easy to set up using on screen instruction. I plan to purchase another one when there is a sale . the Visio remote doesn't work with my other two Visio television.i I plan to call about the remote.

The TV is what I expected with a minor exception. I looked at QLED with HDR in stores and the picture I saw there for the same brand had a better picture. The picture is quite good but I thought it was a little bit sharper with slightly better color. I realize that other factors could be responsible for the slightly "less" picture at home

If I had waited another day or two, I could have gotten the TV a little cheaper, but comparing prices from Amazon and Best Buys at the time, it was still cheaper at Walmart for the same TV, and I received it in I think two days. Chances are, if I had bought it from Amazon, it would have been a repackaged, possibly used TV.

When I try to talk to a computer it says no, ask different! This tv doesn’t turn on without account info! I made an acct,now it wants 149.00 to protect me! I spent 6 hours yesterday I have never had a tv do this! I bout 43” in July! Please I’m ready to put it to the curb! Has this ever happened to you? If so help me😡

A great buy and an even greater product. However, you should have sufficient bandwidth on your modem, say, greater than 100 Mbs/sec; although 100 Mbs works well enough that the average viewer won’t notice, but 400 Mbs really brings a much more detailed screen imagery.
