Love the two types of ice and the water features. Wish you could add different apps but very limited there. Works great otherwise.

Overall very much worth the price in my opinion. Capacity, smart features, and temp control are all top of the line. If you have the money to splurge, this is a great investment.

Nice appliances are so satisfying to me, and this Samsung delivers. It’s spacious and customizable. It’s easy to keep clean and looks like new with a simple wipe down. It’s very easy to setup, user friendly, and connects to my phone. I like that I can check if the doors are closed because I have little ones who often don’t close the doors properly. We have had a few power outages and I’m always impressed how quickly it returns to its normal temperature.

The 2 ice makers are fantastic. The doors open and close. Great. Being able to do them on the app makes it so easy. I've had this refrigerator over a month and. It's the best refrigerator I have ever had. No problems at all. Very easy to install. And the AI. Features are fantastic.

It's full of features that make it easy to use, convenient, and overall more enjoyable to use a fridge in general. It has plenty of space for everything you can think of, monitors energy usage very well, and gives easy access to things you need to quickly use or find. I was also amazed to find out the Family Hub can act as a Matter hub, which is a plus in my opinion. The fridge also just looks clean and modern. The downfall, which I think is a massive problem, is that it aggressively tries to make you use Amazon Alexa...so much so that it pins a notification for it in the Family Hub. I'm surprised any tech out there limits or forces smart assistant usa...

Once i called Samsung, they CAN send someone to take a look, but i will have to pay out of pocket for the quote, the labor and anything else not read on their fine print 5 years ago. Just stay away from all appliances from this brand

Larger capacity than our old Samsung refrigerator, but fits in the same spot. Like that the ice maker was moved to the freezer, thus giving more room inside the refrigerator.

The AI that’s used to track what’s inside the fridge is gimmicky but I didn’t have high expectation of it. The left door scrapes upon opening/closing against the closed right door.
