Entering my appliance era

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am more excited about a fancy new Samsung fridge than designer fashion these days, can my fellow millennials relate?! I have been hosting dinner parties a lot more at my place, so the beverage center was my favorite feature about this model. It’s so cool that guests can grab a drink from this compartment without seeing the rest of the chaos in the fridge. Having an autofill pitcher is also game changing, because I am guilty for always leaving my previous pitcher with a couple drops of water, and my husband gets so annoyed with me haha. I plan to use the deli zone as a way to meal prep, setting aside ingredients I’ll be using to cook with soon. The SmartHub has really exceeded my expectations, I mean, setting up the family calendar, pulling up a YouTube recipe, playing Spotify while I cook. This way I don’t have to worry about getting my table dirty on the countertop, instead, I can access everything I need right on the fridge!! Still getting a hang of how to best incorporate AI vision into my routine, but it’s already been fun “scanning” things in and out, it should help me avoid neglecting food and reduce waste!

Cheap material

This is the worst refrigerator ever. Had it a little over a year and every draw is breaking. The frig itself is breaking any to toss in the garbage. It make no sensor how the material is so cheap. Love samsung phones but will never buy any other appliance from them.

reply from Samsung Care

Hi Sab L, It’s completely natural to expect a fridge to hold up over time. When something you use every day starts falling apart, it can be really frustrating. Let us provide details to help with your experience. Plastic drawers in refrigerators can break for several reasons, most of which are related to material stress and temperature effects. Here's a breakdown of the common causes: 1. Cold Temperature Makes Plastic Brittle: Refrigerator drawers are made from polystyrene or similar plastics that become more brittle at low temperatures. When the plastic is cold, it's less flexible and more prone to cracking or breaking under pressure or impact. 2. Overloading: Storing too much food or heavy items in the drawer puts stress on the plastic, especially when pulling it in and out. Overloaded drawers can crack at the runners, corners, or bottom. 3. Improper Use: Slamming the drawer shut or pulling it out too forcefully can crack the plastic. Leaning or standing on open drawers (kids or during cleaning) can also lead to breaks. 4. Age and UV Exposure: Over time, plastic degrades. If a fridge has a clear drawer, UV light exposure (even from the fridge light) can make it yellow and brittle. Aging plastic loses elasticity and cracks more easily. Tips to Prevent Breakage: a. Avoid overloading drawers. b. Let drawers warm up slightly before removing them for cleaning. c. Handle with care, especially in cold conditions. Please visit the website of our authorized distributor for parts and accessories shared below to check on the availability of the compatible drawers for your refrigerator. A Smart Fridge That Feels Like the Future

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the Bespoke 29 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with AI Family Hub for a few days now, and overall, it's been a great addition to our kitchen. The star of the show is definitely the AI Family Hub — the huge 32" touchscreen is a hit with everyone, especially the kids. They love the whiteboard feature, and we’ve been using it for quick notes, reminders, and even the occasional doodle. Watching recipe videos or streaming while prepping meals makes cooking more fun and interactive. The beverage center is another standout. The built-in pitcher is perfect for quickly filling water bottles before heading out to soccer or baseball practice. We also love the dual ice maker — it gives you both cubed ice and smaller "Ice Bites," which is a nice touch. And thankfully, the ice maker is no longer in the main fridge compartment (a flaw in older Samsung models), so there’s tons more usable fridge space now. Speaking of space — this fridge has plenty of room, and the SmartThings integration ties everything together seamlessly with our other Samsung appliances. It really feels like a smart home when the fridge can talk to the oven or alert us when a door is left open. Now, for the not-so-great parts. The shelf configuration is a little odd — for example, we can't stand up a 2-liter bottle anywhere inside. The AI Vision camera is a cool idea, but it’s hit-or-miss right now. We haven’t had enough time with it to fully judge, but first impressions weren’t impressive. We had some hiccups with the ice maker at first — it didn’t produce enough ice for the first couple of days. After some frustrating back-and-forth with Samsung support (not their strongest area), we finally got it working by resetting it. It still never fills up completely, but manually shifting the ice from the back of the tray forward helps. Despite the few flaws, this fridge feels like a glimpse into the future of kitchen appliances. Overall, this an absolutely FANTASTIC product and I 100% recommend it!

Love this Fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung Bespoke 29 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator Review Alright, let’s talk about this fridge—Samsung’s new Bespoke 29 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with AI Family Hub+ and AI Vision Inside. It’s basically a smart home packed into a super sleek appliance. First off, the design is gorgeous. It’s clean, modern, and customizable, so you can match it to your kitchen vibe. Even though it’s big on space (29 cu. ft. is huge), it doesn’t feel bulky at all. It’s one of those fridges that actually makes your kitchen look better. The 32” touchscreen on the front is insane—in a good way. You can stream Netflix, follow recipes, play music, or leave digital notes for your family right on the fridge. It honestly feels like a giant tablet just casually chilling in your kitchen. Super fun and surprisingly useful. Now for the cool tech part: AI Vision Inside. It can recognize certain items you put in or take out, so you always have an idea of what’s in your fridge without opening every drawer. It’s lowkey genius for grocery planning. One of my favorite features is the dual ice maker—you get both cubed and nugget ice, which is a total win for drinks and smoothies. And the Beverage Center is just super convenient. It gives you quick access to cold water, whether you want it from the built-in dispenser or the AutoFill water pitcher that always stays full. Bottom line? This fridge is way more than just a place to store food. It’s smart, super stylish, and packed with helpful features. If you’re into tech or just want a fridge that makes everyday stuff easier (and cooler), this one’s worth checking out.

Smart Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded to the Samsung Bespoke 4-Door Refrigerator with AI Home, and I couldn’t be happier. First, the design is absolutely stunning — the combination of Charcoal Glass and Stainless Steel gives my kitchen a modern, high-end look. It feels like a real centerpiece. Functionality-wise, it’s packed with smart features. The AI Home screen is incredibly useful — I can leave notes for my family, manage my grocery lists, stream music while cooking, and even check inside the fridge from my phone while shopping. It’s like having a mini smart home hub built right into the kitchen. The 29 cu. ft. capacity is massive — I never worry about running out of space. The customizable FlexZone drawer is a game-changer too, letting me switch between fridge and freezer depending on what I need. Plus, the dual ice maker makes both regular cubes and smaller ice bites, which is great for parties and everyday drinks. Cooling is consistent, food stays fresher longer, and it runs very quietly. Installation was smooth, and the materials feel premium. Overall, this fridge delivers on both style and performance. Highly recommend it for anyone who wants a true smart kitchen experience.

My #1 bucketlist item

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought a new house and while I was walking through the aisles of a store, I saw the Samsung bespoke refrigerators and fell in love. I purchased the model with a AI capability and a giant screen. You don’t really know how the fridge works until you have it sitting in your kitchen and you start playing with it. I’ve been able to watch YouTube., Listen to music see what’s inside of my refrigerator not have to touch the handles at the bottom to open up the refrigerator. I also like that I was able to hook up my camera from outside and receiving a receiving an alert and a video of who is at my front door when the bell rings. The freezer storage is plenty full and I love that I have a choice of ice cubes. I also have the bespoke stove and I was able to hook up through Wi-Fi my stove and refrigerator so if I’m preheating my stove once it’s done preheating a message will pop up on my refrigerator letting me know that the stove is done preheating. I downloaded the smart things app to my phone and I’m able to manage the refrigerator while I’m away or if I’m in the grocery store I can check out what is inside the refrigerator. The self filling water pitcher is such a cool addition. It comes in handy, especially on hot days. it’s nice to always have cold. Filtered water ready for you. I don’t know if it’s because of a new refrigerator, but the lighting is very bright and the shelving inside the refrigerator is very spacious. I’m excited to have a cheese drawer however, I can also use the drawer for other purposes and manage the temperature. The delivery and installation was really quick and the gentleman who installed the refrigerator reviewed the refrigerator before he let me start to touch the screen. It is a pretty easy set up and you can also program it for a different language. i’m so happy I purchased the refrigerator and I can’t wait to continue to use it.

Best Fridge yet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has been amazing from the second we got it. Even our 6 year old daughter said she loves the new refrigerator and uses the drawing app everyday to leave her mark in the kitchen. My favorite feature is the auto filling water pitcher that always guarantees me a cup of fresh cold water. Another plus is having 2 kinds of ice. My wife enjoys using YouTube on the fridge for recipe videos while she cooks too. The entire refrigerator itself has plenty of room for all of our groceries.

Awesome fridge, awesome update!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am coming from a 15ish year old fridge with no ice (ice maker didnt work) and no water (something I have always wanted) and this fridge is amazing. Not only is it spacious, but it is SPACIOUS! I didn’t realize how difference the size was. Organization is SUPER easy since the drawers are adjustable, the middle ‘flex’ drawer itself is great for anything from snacks for the kids, to cheese (so…much….cheese). The self opening doors are a great feature, just wish they were a TAD faster. I do have a feeling that I will have to turn it off since my kids feel like it’s a game. The family hub is great too! We have our calendar displayed as well as the weather (plus some photos). It was a little bit of pain to have to install Smartthings on my phone, but I forgot that I had it set up initially a while back. This fridge is amazing, freezer is amazing, the ice bites are amazing (martinis and just kids drinks) and I know it will last!
