[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is fantastic ! I love the screen and the touch to open the doors The new placement of the water and ice on the door is great . So far I've had it three days and all is well! It's a bit so much bigger than my previous four-door Samsung Refrigerator that was six years old that was working fine. We wanted to get the new Bespoke in black with the screen. The screen is phenomenal to keep up with things you need to do today the weather etc. plus the integration with smart things , Ai and Alexa is great too! Overall 100% love the product.

Dry appealing product, screen is just magnificent and humongous! Feature plenty and amazing from auto open door to better product quality overall such as ice buckets of both cubes and crushed plus water feature an absolute miracle too! We are very satisfied! It sure was another investment but the return is just fulfilling and satisfying! I'd recommend this product to anyone who want an upgrade that not only adds aesthetics but makes your family life easier with added entertainment!

The layout of the fridge and cold drawer is great. The freezer with ice tray installed is a bit of a pain at times but nothing enough for a drop in stars. Setting power consumption and being able to review has dropped our electric bill by at least $50. We have guests for the summer and they love the ability to bring up our security cameras on the screen to know when their ride has arrived or to watch news as they prepare their lunches.

I would strongly recommend this product!!! We had been searching for a fridge after having a 20 year old refrigerator but ours stopped working well so we decided to go shopping for one. We saw this one and HAD TO GET IT. The 4 doors are really helpful, the top drawer from the bottom is helpful if you have a bad back and need to access something quick.

This refrigerator looks fantastic in our kitchen. We previously had a stainless steel finished one and I wasn't sure how the white glass doors would look. I'm glad I trusted my husband. It really looks great in out kitchen. Love the features! Highly recommend!

It's a great product, however I was under the impression that it can download apps but it only allows the pre installed ones. Also, the door which has the water tank is very thick and doesn't allow much space to open. Therefore, you must have a much larger gap away from the wall to open than a usual fridge door. Besides these 2 inconveniences for me, the fridge works very well. It cools perfectly and has a lot of room and deep drawers. I am pleased with the large hub and its apps are convenient and very helpful. I love the food recipes suggestions.

The accessibility on this fridge is fantastic — everything is easy to reach and organize, which makes a huge difference in daily use. The Family Hub features are a standout too; being able to pull up YouTube right on the fridge screen is such a nice touch for cooking along to recipes or just having something on in the kitchen. It's clear a lot of thought went into making this more than just a place to store food. Overall really happy with it so far.

I love this refrigerator! This new model is incredibly convenient. The motion sensors that automatically open the doors are such a cool feature, and the large touchscreen makes it easy to display your favorite family photos. It's both stylish and functional!

disability is the word when it comes to this refrigerator oh man the consistency and ergonomics of the curvature the doors in the inside it keeps everything so cold recognition for being the goat I do think maybe the light could have a little bit more responsiveness but all in all I would give this a 8/13

Two separate Samsung sales reps advised the Samsung Care+ & Extended Warranty for this fridge (RF90F23AEWAA) was in addition to the manufacture's warranty. It is not. I purchased the "extended" 5-year plan, but my warranty indicates it starts the date of purchase. I call Care+ and get a "sorry, but the terms and conditions are date of purchase. They are not combined". The terms weren't provided until I purchased the "extended" warranty! I did not expect such shady practices by Samsung. Beware! As for the fridge, I love the look, if not slightly more gray than expected. One particular flaw, however, is there is no camera to detect items added to the freezer or flex drawer despite advertising the capability. I also wish you could resize the widgets or add google apps to the hub.
