[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this refrigerator for 2 weeks. No problems so far. Love the screen. Alexa and Smart Things capability is terrific. Very easy to set up via WiFi connection via Smart Things. Took just over 24 hours to initially get cool and freezer to freeze. I don't see a setting to set the volume of ice produced. I would like to see a little more ice produced.

We had to upgrade from the older Samsung Family Hub 3.0 and purchased the Bespoke 29 cu.ft. 4-door refrigerator with AI Family Hub. I also was sure to add the 7 years extended warranty, with my purchase because I was made aware that any appliance created after 2012 has a life of 7-10 years. A true upgrade on the new Bespoke refrigerator is that it has the ice maker down below. I was told by a certified refrigerator repair man that if I was to get another one of these refrigerators, I had to make sure that the ice-maker was not in the upper part of the refrigerator as those tend to need repairs more frequently. There's a self filling water pitcher, which I love because it saves space and I don't have to worry about my kids not refilling the pitcher. The AI vision is also able to track expiration dates as well as what goes into and out of the refrigerator. I have my ring camera connected to the fridge as well, which is a nice touch. The doors are also touchless. It's beautiful and functional. I definitely recommend this refrigerator.

I had this thing hooked up for an hour and turned on the full power cooling mode and it was to temp within 20 minutes of turning that on. Phenomenal Noise: 9/10. It's not the most quiet fridge you'll ever hear, but, overall, for how large it is, it is very manageable. Functions: 12/10 Are you kidding me? This thing literally does everything. The AI is a really solid feature, and the media capabilities makes it even better. If I had one single gripe, it would improving the text page. I'd like to have a simple grocery list viewable at all time, but the device seems to struggle with that. You have to physically tap on the text to see the whole list. It's an easy fix, though, with a small software update. Size: It's huge! You would think it would be clunky and too far out into your kitchen walking path, but the smart design of the under door handles gives it a MUCH better silhouette.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The built in water jug and dispenser are a game changer. The dual ice a added plus. What i di not like was the middle drawer is plastic, which my other samsung was steel. The smart screen is OK, camera is meh, ai of food in n out is meh.

I've been using this refrigerator for several months, and I'm still just as impressed as I was on day one. It has plenty of space, keeps everything fresh, and the AI features are actually useful. The Auto Open Door is incredibly convenient when my hands are full, and the Family Hub has become part of our daily routine. It's stylish, quiet, and has been a great addition to our kitchen. Highly recommend!

This fridge looks awesome. The matte black finish is great because it doesn't show fingerprints at all. ​Having the two doors on top means everything you use daily is right at eye level, And i love the computer screen im thinking of what art slide show to put on it. And the two freezer drawers on the bottom make it super easy to organize frozen food without having to dig through a giant pile. It's got a good amount of room, keeps everything perfectly cold, and just makes the whole kitchen look way upgraded.

Huge, so much space, The ice is definitely my favorite part. We love how many compartments there are, and how there's always a water and ice stocked. It makes organization very easy. The AI is very helpful as well. We also love that we can stream our favorite music right from the fridge.
