[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love this fridge! It’s beautiful & has a lot of space! We do have a few complaints: 1. The side of the fridge is scuffed a little. Not the biggest deal.. but when you are paying this much for a fridge, it’s a little frustrating. 2. The main fridge doors are a but uneven. I’m not even sure how or if it can be fixed. But, the left door is slightly lower than the right door. 3. The automatic door opener on the right side does not push the door open all the way. Again, not sure how or if this can be fixed.

Purchased in January 2025 for my new house under construction. Connected the refrigerator in June and next day it leaked and did a lot of damage. Called Samsung for repair and 3 months passed and still waiting for Samsung warranty fix my refrigerator.

It would be a full 5 stars if the AI/screen worked a little better. Right now the UI is a bit clunky — but the great thing is this can be updated continuously. I'd buy this fridge again — and I talk about it more than I care to admit.

The inside camera helps us keep track of what we're running low on or what is expiring. It is a beautiful design and addition to our kitchen!

Purchased the Bespoke refrigerator with AI family hub two days ago and have spent countless hours trying to setup Family Hub, then once account was finally set up, received message that family hub was no longer supported and needed to use another app called “SmartThings”. Well, it won't even sync up to the refrigerator. Also, found other included apps on refrigerator are no longer supported.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded to the Samsung Bespoke 29 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The design is absolutely stunning. In terms of functionality, the storage space is incredible, it easily fits everything for my family. The Beverage Center is another highlight. Having a built-in water dispenser and AutoFill pitcher makes it easy to just some water without taking up shelf space. The dual ice maker has been a big hit in our household too since we no longer need a separate ice maker. The smart features are a nice touch as well since I can check temperatures, adjust settings, and even get alerts from the SmartThings app which adds convenience and peace of mind. Overall it’s an amazing product and i would definitely recommend it to others.

After taking 20 minutes of uploading groceries into it, it goes into high performance mode to reach desired temperature asap. That is impressive to me. The additional technologies are just added value. For example, the automatic door opener. LOOK MA...NO HAND! It looks great and modern.. I have not had any issues fitting pots, large bottles in this large fridge.
