I love the glass panels how chewy the ice is and how easy it is to get, The ice works very efficiently, and I love the big screen, It’s easy to navigate through the settings to change anything you need, Even though it is a counter depth fridge it still has lots of storage space, And I love that there is a pitcher to use For lemon water or anything you need.

Why did they update the fridge and force us to have the news scrolling on the screen. I regret getting this fridge. My kids read the headlines and now I have to keep the screen to pointless art just to turn off that feature. Oh and you do not get the option to select the news sources. 0/5 stars if I could.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this fridge for about a month, and so far it's been great. The installation process was very smooth and we were able to use it right away. The screen is very intuitive, and it was very easy for us to set everything up. The fridge itself is very spacious, and the drawers slide in and out very smoothly. The tap feature is helpful for when your hands are full, and for a faster door opening experience, the handles don't offer much resistance if you choose to open the door manually. The cameras show off the contents of the door bins for all your "staring and deciding" needs while still staying efficient. Food has been keeping very well, and we haven't had any issues with heat loss. The screen also tells us what temperature the zones are at and allows us to change it if necessary. The ice machine works great, but if the path for the ice to fall is blocked, you'll need to clear it yourself before it can continue producing more ice.

The middle drawer with the temp control is so nice! And we have switched from buying bottled water to only using the water pitcher in the fridge now! I recommend this fridge to all my friends and have encouraged 2 of them to actually buy it and they love it just as much!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that the one shelf can be tucked in so you can have room for a jug of milk. I had a small little issue with the screen being a little laggy, but it could be easily reset by a button in the door. Other than that no major issues.

Two separate Samsung sales reps advised the Samsung Care+ & Extended Warranty for this fridge (RF90F23AEWAA) was in addition to the manufacture's warranty. It is not. I purchased the "extended" 5-year plan, but my warranty indicates it starts the date of purchase. I call Care+ and get a "sorry, but the terms and conditions are date of purchase. They are not combined". The terms weren't provided until I purchased the "extended" warranty! I did not expect such shady practices by Samsung. Beware! As for the fridge, I love the look, if not slightly more gray than expected. One particular flaw, however, is there is no camera to detect items added to the freezer or flex drawer despite advertising the capability. I also wish you could resize the widgets or add google apps to the hub.

Have had prior version for years with no issues and just updated to the newer model. Smart things is easy to use and connect and control other devices from a central hub in the kitchen.
