Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the fridge but there are a few feature issues. The ice maker cover doesn't slide consistently and the water pitcher doesn't fill consistently.

Modern Look

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very innovative refrigerator. Spacious interior. Doors are glossy black that gives a nice shine. Love that you can cook and listen to music with the LCD screen. Modern in all features.

Nice looking refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the bespoke white glass refrigerator two weeks ago and we love the functionality. My kids like the 32” touch screen a lot.

Great features but with Glitches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] AI part is good, but at the same time annoying sometimes, the auto open door works great on the left door, but the right door doesnt open completely, opens only partially.

No light in the freezer.

Nice features. Not sure about the value to cost. But very disappointed in a big design flaw. No Light for or in the freezer. Have to turn on all lights in the kitchen to see and sort through contents.

reply from Samsung Care

Hi Edaug, It's understandable to feel let down when a product that does so much right overlooks something that affects usability in such a noticeable way. We are here to help. This Samsung refrigerator model features LED lighting in the fridge compartment, FlexZone drawer, and freezer compartment. In the freezer, there are upper and lower baskets. For optimal visibility, the upper basket may need to be pushed in fully to allow the LED light to illuminate the lower basket. Amazing with one complaint

AMAZING fridge, LOVE the tech, EXCEPT there is no way to pair with an external speaker for audio!! Update software to pair with bluetooth speaker to play the fridge audio, no one wants to listen to a tiny speaker sound.

The Future of Fridges!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very stylish inside and out. Samsung is setting a standard of the future with this fridge. Very quiet and well build, as a fridge and very easy to use its touchscreen control center.
