[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the Bespoke 29 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with AI Family Hub for a few days now, and overall, it's been a great addition to our kitchen. The star of the show is definitely the AI Family Hub — the huge 32" touchscreen is a hit with everyone, especially the kids. They love the whiteboard feature, and we've been using it for quick notes, reminders, and even the occasional doodle. Watching recipe videos or streaming while prepping meals makes cooking more fun and interactive. The beverage center is another standout. The built-in pitcher is perfect for quickly filling water bottles before heading out to soccer or baseball practice. We also love the dual ice maker — it gives you both cubed ice and smaller "Ice Bites," which is a nice touch. And thankfully, the ice maker is no longer in the main fridge compartment (a flaw in older Samsung models), so there's tons more usable fridge space now. Speaking of space — this fridge has plenty of room, and the SmartThings integration ties everything together seamlessly with our other Samsung appliances. It really feels like a smart home when the fridge can talk to the oven or alert us when a door is left open. Now, for the not-so-great parts. The shelf configuration is a little odd — for example, we can't stand up a 2-liter bottle anywhere inside. The AI Vision camera is a cool idea, but it's hit-or-miss right now. We haven't had enough time with it to fully judge, but first impressions weren't impressive. We had some hiccups with the ice maker at first — it didn't produce enough ice for the first couple of days. After some frustrating back-and-forth with Samsung support (not their strongest area), we finally got it working by resetting it. It still never fills up completely, but manually shifting the ice from the back of the tray forward helps. Despite the few flaws, this fridge feels like a glimpse into the future of kitchen appliances. Overall, this an absolutely FANTASTIC product and I 100% recommend it!

This refrigerator is absolutely amazing! The Family Hub screen is massive and very easy to use. You can queue up a recipe on YouTube, manage your family's activities with the calendar, or even have the fridge suggest recipes based on the food you have on hand. The freezer took some extra time organizing since the ice is not available in the door, but there's still plenty of room. My kids love the option of full sized ice cubes or ice bites. The automatic touch to open doors are super convenient when your arms are full of grocery bags. I was a little concerned that my Great Dane would accidentally trigger the automatic door but so far no issues there. Most definitely a 10/10!

It's modern, sleek, and packed with features that genuinely make everyday life easier. My favorite things? The dual ice maker and the AutoFill water pitcher in the beverage center. Between the cubed ice and smaller “Ice Bites,” I always have the right ice on hand, and the pitcher is perfect for refilling water bottles quickly — I use it all the time. The whiteboard app on the Family Hub screen has also been a big hit. It's great for leaving notes or reminders, and the kids have gotten a little too excited about it — now they want to watch videos on the fridge more than the TV or tablets! It's fun, but I might need to set a fridge screen time limit. I also really appreciate the layout of the crisper drawers — they're deeper than I expected and easily hold a good variety of fruits, veggies, and cheese without feeling cramped. The overall space in the fridge and freezer is generous, and it's been easy to organize everything. That said, not everything is perfect. I really miss having traditional handles on the doors — the flat panel design is clean-looking, but the hidden grip style can be a bit awkward to use, especially when my hands are full or wet. It's a small design choice that impacts day-to-day convenience more than I thought it would. My biggest disappointment, though, was discovering that the bottom two panels were scratched and dented right out of the box. It was frustrating to see that kind of damage on a brand-new, premium appliance. Thankfully, because this is part of the Bespoke line, the panels are swappable. I'm currently working with the seller to get replacements — fingers crossed they come through. Overall, it's a beautiful, feature-rich fridge that fits our lifestyle well. Overall, this an absolutely FANTASTIC product and I 100% recommend it!

We chose this refrigerator for its size and functionality, especially the separate drawer that makes it easy to grab our favorite snacks. I also love the side screen feature, which lets us view our calendar and leave notes for each other. The only downside: fingerprints!

Purchased in January 2025 for my new house under construction. Connected the refrigerator in June and next day it leaked and did a lot of damage. Called Samsung for repair and 3 months passed and still waiting for Samsung warranty fix my refrigerator.

I have been hosting dinner parties a lot more at my place, so the beverage center was my favorite feature about this model. It’s so cool that guests can grab a drink from this compartment without seeing the rest of the chaos in the fridge. Having an autofill pitcher is also game changing, because I am guilty for always leaving my previous pitcher with a couple drops of water, and my husband gets so annoyed with me haha. I plan to use the deli zone as a way to meal prep, setting aside ingredients I’ll be using to cook with soon. The SmartHub has really exceeded my expectations, I mean, setting up the family calendar, pulling up a YouTube recipe, playing Spotify while I cook. This way I don’t have to worry about getting my table dirty on the countertop, instead, I can access everything I need right on the fridge!! Still getting a hang of how to best incorporate AI vision into my routine, but it’s already been fun “scanning” things in and out, it should help me avoid neglecting food and reduce waste!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge Review This New Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator with Family Hub is an absolute MONSTER! Enormous isn’t the right word, but it’s all in mostly positive ways! The amount of space provided in the fridge and freezer is fully maximized by removing the ice section from the main refrigerator. The beverage center is completely built into one of the door panels which allows for easy access to the door shelves, but also protects the water dispenser by placing it behind the door. This fridge also has a built in pitcher right next to the door that will fill up on its own. It is only large enough to fill a few glasses, but the smaller than a gallon size men’s my son can grab it on his own without any need for assistance or concerns for how he’ll handle it. The family hub though is the real star of this model! It’s fully replaced other kitchen devices, Alexa’s, and iPads in my kitchen. It keeps track of the fridges contents, with pictures. It has space for notes to be left from my son, which he loves! It has a section that will compile recipes based on what ingredients I have in the fridge already, and that’s all before you consider access to YouTube, sports scores, weather, my daily calendar, and so many other apps. Some younger family members recently came over and discovered a rubix cube game. Overall I highly recommend this unit if you are looking for a significant space upgrade in terms of size, with all the tech perks. My knees also love that the freezer is on the bottom, but both levels can be viewed from above! Who knew the coolest thing I’d own would be my refrigerator.
