[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am coming from a 15ish year old fridge with no ice (ice maker didnt work) and no water (something I have always wanted) and this fridge is amazing. Not only is it spacious, but it is SPACIOUS! I didn't realize how difference the size was. Organization is SUPER easy since the drawers are adjustable, the middle ‘flex' drawer itself is great for anything from snacks for the kids, to cheese (so…much….cheese). The self opening doors are a great feature, just wish they were a TAD faster. I do have a feeling that I will have to turn it off since my kids feel like it's a game. The family hub is great too! We have our calendar displayed as well as the weather (plus some photos). It was a little bit of pain to have to install Smartthings on my phone, but I forgot that I had it set up initially a while back. This fridge is amazing, freezer is amazing, the ice bites are amazing (martinis and just kids drinks) and I know it will last!

(I wish it could take a picture of the person, so you know who is eating all the deserts ;) ) * The hidden beverage center makes the design clean and seamless and that makes the design look modern. * The pitcher jar with a fruit infusion core is a great addition to the beverage center. We are using that a lot now in summer for refreshing and flavored drinks any time of the day. * The 3 shelves on the top section are adjustable to different heights. Set them according to your needs. * The freezer section is large as compared to my old refrigerator and it has a sliding tray for ice and small stuff and we keep all the large frozen boxes or meat in the large freezer tray. * It makes two types of ice cubes in separate sections and even comes with a scoop. * The refrigerator screen is crisp and vibrant. Great for watching YouTube or TV (It comes with Samsung Live TV). We mostly use this to play music on YouTube, and kids use it to doodle and draw. * We use the calendar app to manage our kid's classes and family appointments. * We integrated this with Alexa to control our smart devices. * It comes preloaded with many apps like YouTube, Instagram, Spotify, SmartThings, Ring integration, and more. * You can customize and arrange widgets and apps on the home screen as per your use. * Auto door opening with a light touch. * it has a fast cooling option for both the top section and freezer. Also you can set the temperature for those 2 sections ** Final Verdict * This fridge is a hub for the whole family. If you're considering an upgrade, this one is worth it!

Purchased in January 2025 for my new house under construction. Connected the refrigerator in June and next day it leaked and did a lot of damage. Called Samsung for repair and 3 months passed and still waiting for Samsung warranty fix my refrigerator.

Disappointed that Smart Things app doesn't access all setups for the Family Hub, and have not yet found d those instructions to drill down. Temperatures inside seem to drift from settings more than expected. Overall a purchase with long term promise.

I can manage our calendar on the fridge easily linking it to my Samsung and Gmail account. What my kids and I loved more was the added feature of "Alexa". She is a great added bonus. My kids will just ask Alexa do play music or add an item to our shopping list. The Beverage center is great as well. We always have a pitcher full of cold water and ice on hand. Absolutely love the space this fridge brings to our household. We live with our mother in law and brother in law and our 3 kids. So that is 7 family members that need to have their snacks and food in the fridge, and this fridge is absolutely great in space. It keeps the temperature just where we want it and the same with the freezer very spacious and easy to get stuff in and out. I definitely recommend the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator to any family looking for a spacious and smart fridge.

Nice features. Not sure about the value to cost. But very disappointed in a big design flaw. No Light for or in the freezer. Have to turn on all lights in the kitchen to see and sort through contents.

AMAZING fridge, LOVE the tech, EXCEPT there is no way to pair with an external speaker for audio!! Update software to pair with bluetooth speaker to play the fridge audio, no one wants to listen to a tiny speaker sound.
