(I wish it could take a picture of the person, so you know who is eating all the deserts ;) ) * The hidden beverage center makes the design clean and seamless and that makes the design look modern. * The pitcher jar with a fruit infusion core is a great addition to the beverage center. We are using that a lot now in summer for refreshing and flavored drinks any time of the day. * The 3 shelves on the top section are adjustable to different heights. Set them according to your needs. * The freezer section is large as compared to my old refrigerator and it has a sliding tray for ice and small stuff and we keep all the large frozen boxes or meat in the large freezer tray. * It makes two types of ice cubes in separate sections and even comes with a scoop. * The refrigerator screen is crisp and vibrant. Great for watching YouTube or TV (It comes with Samsung Live TV). We mostly use this to play music on YouTube, and kids use it to doodle and draw. * We use the calendar app to manage our kid's classes and family appointments. * We integrated this with Alexa to control our smart devices. * It comes preloaded with many apps like YouTube, Instagram, Spotify, SmartThings, Ring integration, and more. * You can customize and arrange widgets and apps on the home screen as per your use. * Auto door opening with a light touch. * it has a fast cooling option for both the top section and freezer. I love all the amazing features like tapping the door and it opening on its own and the two type of ice it produces! It has been super easy to clean and looks phenomenal in my kitchen. I like that it has echo built in so alexa can help with any questions or needs. Another super cool feature is you can order instacart directly from the fridge for new groceries!! I have yet to find anything I didn't like about my new fridge.

Even our 6 year old daughter said she loves the new refrigerator and uses the drawing app everyday to leave her mark in the kitchen. My favorite feature is the auto filling water pitcher that always guarantees me a cup of fresh cold water. Another plus is having 2 kinds of ice. My wife enjoys using YouTube on the fridge for recipe videos while she cooks too. The entire refrigerator itself has plenty of room for all of our groceries.

OK, this was an impulse purchase. I am glad I did, because Samsung has a nice sale going on. The order process was easy - Selected the options I wanted, and I saw that it would be delivered the NEXT DAY! Once the order was placed, I got confirmation within 30 minutes and within a couple of hours I received text and email confirmation about my next day delivery window. The courier showed up before the window even started, by about 20 minutes. I was happy for this because I was excited and ready to receive it. Install process was easy - attach the water line and plug it in. After doing a basic setup of the Wi-Fi, there was an update waiting. It installed, and I was able to get on with the setup. I am technically inclined, so setup was a no-brainer. I already have a Samsung smartphone, so once I connected my account, a lot of settings were done in the background. The unit is beautiful, and is replacing a 16-year-old unit. the compressor and fans on this model are quiet. On my old unit, I hear a little fan noise, and when you opened the door you would hear more of this sound. In The Samsung unit, the fans are a whisper. It is important to make sure your unit is leveled properly, or else you will have issues with the doors opening as they should. tilted too far back, the doors won't open. Tilted too far forward, they open wildly. there is a balance. This is in the manual but wanted to also stress it here. The installers knew this and prepped the unit, so the doors open slowly and confidently. I am not a fan of Bixby (voice assistant) but I am on the fridge! Once I trained it to my voice, it handles my requests with no issue. With my voice, I can say "open the fridge" without saying "Hey Bixby" (this is a setting you can turn on and off). The Family Hub also has access to Alexa and I can use the fridge to do Alexa tasks. The power cool and power freeze were brilliant, because after taking about 45 minutes to remove the plastic saran wrap off the parts, it was after this that I put my items in. the fridge was at the operating temps I wanted in no time. The screen is beautiful, and the AI camera feature is cool. I need to take some time to see which items I want to keep track of so I can use this as efficiently as possible. For now, it's capturing everything I am doing - I am not even taking time to pause, so the camera can see - It's able to snap a photo as I move about. Once it does this, the AI screen opens, and you can add data to the item that it does not automatically recognize. I do plan to be more focused on making sure I have the item facing up, or framed properly, so the camera can get a proper photo. That's on me and not the fridge. The camera does a good job of making sure my image is not in the scene. The auto water pitcher feature is also nice. Being inside the door and not needed to open the door, this helps keep the fridge at a constant temp. The hub allows me to access my other Samsung items on the screen as well. This is really a fantastic device.

The screen allows us to write notes on what is needed to be purchase and adding the calendar to the home screen allows us to keep our family informed with important dates. The home screen makes it easy to change the temperature on the different zones based on your needs/preferences. It also makes it easy to be reminded of when the filter needs to be changed. The different forms of getting filter water is another great thing about it and the two different types of ice cubes. The Flexzone allows us to either switch between using it for deli meats or can drinks based on our needs. The separations in the freezer allow us to separate our ice cream with frozen vegetables/meats. Overall, this fridge is an excellent upgrade and meets the different needs we need throughout the month.

I bought this fridge a year ago. I have loved it so far. Just got my software update this morning so I clicked it. Immediately i noticed the calendar is the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen. The previous one had such nice writing on the top. This one looks generic and so so ugly. I wish there was an option to customize.

Like how it takes pictures of what you have to help with the grocery list, to being able to listen to music or watch youtube on the screen. Don't even get me started on how amazing the speakers are. The sound is clear and can be turned up extremely loud! You can leave notes and even draw on the screen. One of the features that has helped me is being able to swipe on the bottom of the door and having it open automatically for me. It has come in handy when my hands are full with the baby or groceries. What also comes in handy is being able to have cold water at all times. So having the self-refillable pitcher is a time saver. It refills quickly and can even be used as an infuser. There are honestly so many more amazing features which help in my everyday life. I highly recommend this samsung fridge!
