Excellent Features and Ease of Use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge looked amazing as we were shopping, but after using it for a few days now, it's even better than we expected. The Family Hub screen has been an excellent addition to our kitchen. Simple things like having a convenient place to put notes, quickly check our family calendar, or where we can have recipes has been very useful. The way the fridge will "scan" items as you take them in an out is also very cool. It doesn't always properly identify them, but we're moving so quickly in and out that I'm surprised it catches them at all. It usually does a pretty good job of recognizing most things though. The cameras inside to view what is in both doors is also excellent. We also really like the auto-open doors, by placing your hand under the sensor on each side. Very useful for when you're needing something out of the fridge, but either don't have a free hand, or maybe you have something on your hands at the moment. One of our other standout features, is the beverage center. Giving easy access to water, either from the pitcher, or from the push to fill. Having a pitcher with cold water that is automatically refilled is excellent. And having the usual push to fill inside the door is nice as well. Making the water cooler no matter which you choose. Organization is excellent with all the space inside, and how things are divided. Including the middle drawer, which we use for soda cans and still have space for more. The freezer is also excellent in organization, with the ice scooping area up top, and a good amount of space below that. This has been a huge upgrade for us. We're really loving it so far.
Best Fridge yet!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has been amazing from the second we got it. Even our 6 year old daughter said she loves the new refrigerator and uses the drawing app everyday to leave her mark in the kitchen. My favorite feature is the auto filling water pitcher that always guarantees me a cup of fresh cold water. Another plus is having 2 kinds of ice. My wife enjoys using YouTube on the fridge for recipe videos while she cooks too. The entire refrigerator itself has plenty of room for all of our groceries.
Coolest Fridge Ever!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a week of use, my son has proclaimed this refrigerator, "The Coolest Fridge Ever!" And I kind of agree. Samsung's new Bespoke 29 cu. ft. French Door Refrigerator has exceeded all our family's expectations. The first thing you notice is its giant 32" touchscreen and the Samsung Family Hub. This customizable display has plenty of features to include entertainment (TV, music), calendar with reminders, and even a very cool recipe app that recommends recipes based on cuisine preferences and food availability. The inside is spacious! There is plenty of shelf space, door space, a customizable FlexDrawer, a super convenient Beverage center and one of its best features, a Dual Ice Maker in the freezer, where it belongs! The Auto Open Door feature works quite well, and we find that placing our hand there assists when opening the door naturally. The refrigerator easily connects to Samsung's SmartThings app, and alerts are available when the door is left open or any issues with the refrigerator. From the app, I can use the AI Vision to see what items are currently in the refrigerator doors, change temperatures to include freezer, select power cool and power freeze which quickly cools the appliance. and even add pictures to the Family Hub to be displayed in the gallery. We are enjoying our new technology and very spacious refrigerator, and highly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen!
Worst service ever. Long time customer - no more.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Showed up with a door problem that was simple, but Samsung refused to fix. After waiting for three months, they changed the install date which caused a vacation to be rescheduled. Samsung does not compensate for poor planning on their part. Samsung then refused to help me on the phone or chat with the non-functional fridge. I have seven case numbers and chat transcripts to prove it. The fridge might be nice, but service/support is horrific.

Entering my appliance era
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am more excited about a fancy new Samsung fridge than designer fashion these days, can my fellow millennials relate?! I have been hosting dinner parties a lot more at my place, so the beverage center was my favorite feature about this model. It’s so cool that guests can grab a drink from this compartment without seeing the rest of the chaos in the fridge. Having an autofill pitcher is also game changing, because I am guilty for always leaving my previous pitcher with a couple drops of water, and my husband gets so annoyed with me haha. I plan to use the deli zone as a way to meal prep, setting aside ingredients I’ll be using to cook with soon. The SmartHub has really exceeded my expectations, I mean, setting up the family calendar, pulling up a YouTube recipe, playing Spotify while I cook. This way I don’t have to worry about getting my table dirty on the countertop, instead, I can access everything I need right on the fridge!! Still getting a hang of how to best incorporate AI vision into my routine, but it’s already been fun “scanning” things in and out, it should help me avoid neglecting food and reduce waste!
Amazing Smart Refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Talk about an upgrade! I had one of the original Family Hub refrigerators and have loved it for many years, but it was time to update appliances. This refrigerator is absolutely amazing! The Family Hub screen is massive and very easy to use. You can queue up a recipe on YouTube, manage your family's activities with the calendar, or even have the fridge suggest recipes based on the food you have on hand. The freezer took some extra time organizing since the ice is not available in the door, but there's still plenty of room. My kids love the option of full sized ice cubes or ice bites. The automatic touch to open doors are super convenient when your arms are full of grocery bags. I was a little concerned that my Great Dane would accidentally trigger the automatic door but so far no issues there. Most definitely a 10/10!
Love This Fridge!
Samsung Bespoke 29 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator Review Alright, let’s talk about this fridge—Samsung’s new Bespoke 29 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with AI Family Hub+ and AI Vision Inside. It’s basically a smart home packed into a super sleek appliance. First off, the design is gorgeous. It’s clean, modern, and customizable, so you can match it to your kitchen vibe. Even though it’s big on space (29 cu. ft. is huge), it doesn’t feel bulky at all. It’s one of those fridges that actually makes your kitchen look better. The 32” touchscreen on the front is insane—in a good way. You can stream Netflix, follow recipes, play music, or leave digital notes for your family right on the fridge. It honestly feels like a giant tablet just casually chilling in your kitchen. Super fun and surprisingly useful. Now for the cool tech part: AI Vision Inside. It can recognize certain items you put in or take out, so you always have an idea of what’s in your fridge without opening every drawer. It’s lowkey genius for grocery planning. One of my favorite features is the dual ice maker—you get both cubed and nugget ice, which is a total win for drinks and smoothies. And the Beverage Center is just super convenient. It gives you quick access to cold water, whether you want it from the built-in dispenser or the AutoFill water pitcher that always stays full. Bottom line? This fridge is way more than just a place to store food. It’s smart, super stylish, and packed with helpful features. If you’re into tech or just want a fridge that makes everyday stuff easier (and cooler), this one’s worth checking out.
Awesome fridge, awesome update!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am coming from a 15ish year old fridge with no ice (ice maker didnt work) and no water (something I have always wanted) and this fridge is amazing. Not only is it spacious, but it is SPACIOUS! I didn’t realize how difference the size was. Organization is SUPER easy since the drawers are adjustable, the middle ‘flex’ drawer itself is great for anything from snacks for the kids, to cheese (so…much….cheese). The self opening doors are a great feature, just wish they were a TAD faster. I do have a feeling that I will have to turn it off since my kids feel like it’s a game. The family hub is great too! We have our calendar displayed as well as the weather (plus some photos). It was a little bit of pain to have to install Smartthings on my phone, but I forgot that I had it set up initially a while back. This fridge is amazing, freezer is amazing, the ice bites are amazing (martinis and just kids drinks) and I know it will last!
New and different
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very attractive refrigerator, the touch screen on the door is very helpful to remind me what I need to purchase to stock up, but this type of product is not for everyone, if you’re computer smart and know how to use this to your advantage by all means this is for you. The color and style fits perfectly in our kitchen. On the screen it has a meal planner for the week and we can look up and store recipes as needed. There are no handles sticking out for us to bump into, the home screen displays the current temperature outside and has a calendar that you can post events as reminders and has a feature that tells you how much power your home is using. I really like the ice maker it makes large and small ice cubes and has a built-in water pitcher that will refill itself after each use. I also have my Ring doorbell camera connected to it so if someone comes to the door, I just have to look at the refrigerator door to see who's there. It also works with Alexa, or it has Bixby that is also available. This refrigerator has so many features to make things easier for us.
Extravagance Meets Excellence
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You know the feeling when you come across something so modern and luxurious that you can't help but think how great it would be to have in your life? This fridge is one of those things and you definitely deserve it! The fridge design is sleek and modern, it elevates any kitchen in which it resides. I got the charcoal color and its presence dominates the kitchen and demands attention. The screen is absolutely massive for a fridge, with images that are crisp and clear! The touchscreen is super responsive, making navigating around the various apps and screens a breeze! When paired with the Smart Things app, it gives you near complete control of the fridge and any other Smart Things enabled appliance in your house. I can start my laundry and even the oven from this fridge since I have Smart Things enabled Samsung appliances paired with the app. The connectivity between the appliances and app make your home truly feel like a smart house. After installation, the fridge was able to get cool quickly thanks to the Power Cool and Power Freeze functions. Sadly there is no express ice or anything like that, so it takes several days for that ice tray to get full. And speaking of ice, this fridge makes two different sizes of ice cubes. Did I know I needed two sizes of ice? NO! Am I glad that I now have two different options when choosing ice? YES! And I don't think I will be able to go back! You do have to reach down and scoop it out with a cute little scoop provided, but you get used to it quickly enough. There is an abundant amount of space in this fridge, thanks to the 29 cu. ft. of interior space. The top part of the fridge features French door style doors that open up to a deep and wide interior. The right side shelves are very spacious in size, the bottom of the three can accommodate gallon size jugs. The top two are just as wide, but not tall enough to hold a gallon jug. The left side features only two shelves that could be used to hold more sauces and such, but also holds a secret! The left side door has a hidden beverage center! You can open the left door partially, without having to open the whole door, to reveal the water dispenser and a SELF-FILLING water pitcher! You can also access the door shelves from here as well, so we leave these free for drinks for a true beverage center. This modern and luxurious fridge is basically my dream fridge and I couldn't be happier with it. I look forward to many years of functionality, technology, and impressing everyone!
