[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice big capability refrigerator that has the drink drawer in the middle that can hold a couple of cases of drinks that we love because we store a lot if drinks and it doesn't waste refrigerator space. Plenty of room for food way more than enough for 2 people. The screen on the front is great for turning on the news or game to watch while working in the kitchen. Highly recommend this Tizen model that makes 2 types of ice in the freezer drawer it Alison has plenty of space to organize your freezable items

I love the features and connectivity of the Samsung Bespoke, especially the SmartThings hub built in. The only feature I don't like is that it beeps every time the door is opened and to shut it off you have to shut of the alarm that lets you know if a door is left open by mistake. Also I wish it had an ice dispenser. Kind of a PIA to open the freezer and have to slide the ice lid back every time you want ice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The middle horizontal section is terrible. It doesn't freeze food. It's a waste of space. I put chicken in it and it didn't freeze. In fact, nothing freezes. The middle horizontal sections ruins the refrigerator. It was so bad that we returned it.

We use the apps that are in there while cooking, cleaning etc. Its keeps temp where we want it and ne er fails. We satisfied with all our Samsung products because the software is consistent whether is the appliances or our tech devices. Not to mention, it's always a topic of conversation when we have people over because it looks amazing and stands out!

The water dispenser with automatic refill is awesome. The doors are easy open and makes everything in our fridge accessible. So many features that we are learning more as we go and will continue to give props to Samsung for these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful fridge! I love just about everything about it. My only complaints is when using bixby to communicate with the fridge, its response time is slow and I catch myself constantly repeating myself for it to catch my question. Also the freezer drawer is not catching the top of the ice tray even though I've tried to adjust the drawer multiple times I'm still having the same issue. Outside of that, truly an amazing fridge!

The auto-open door feature is fantastic, especially when my hands are full. Having the ice maker and storage located in the freezer section at the bottom is also really practical. Overall, it's a great appliance!

Our only issue has been the lack of space for for tall items inside where the shelf adjusts to a 1/2 shelf. It is nice but there are items that cannot be in the door. Also sold as counter-depth but it sticks out as much as are other that was not counter-depth. Otherwise it's been great.

Its very cool to incorporate the technology into our daily lives, and its very sleek looking as well! Our favorite feature is the beverage center, with the auto-refill water pitcher and ice maker!
