It has plenty of space, keeps everything fresh, and the AI features are actually useful. The Auto Open Door is incredibly convenient when my hands are full, and the Family Hub has become part of our daily routine. It's stylish, quiet, and has been a great addition to our kitchen. Highly recommend!

What changed 1 large screen- not that important. 2 location of ice- maker - very important and very good. 3 pitches with autofill- very important and probably the whole beverage center was a biggest selling point. 4 looks more sharp then rounded - like it . 5 modern applications and some of the options.

The microphone is sensitive so if you're watching tv and something trigger the refrigerator I have had times where it will open by itself. You can turn the feature off. Lots of space to put stuff. You can also have the ring app attached to see who is at the door. Cooling features are good and you can track it on the app or on the fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to upgrade from the older Samsung Family Hub 3.0 and purchased the Bespoke 29 cu.ft. 4-door refrigerator with AI Family Hub. I also was sure to add the 7 years extended warranty, with my purchase because I was made aware that any appliance created after 2012 has a life of 7-10 years. A true upgrade on the new Bespoke refrigerator is that it has the ice maker down below. I was told by a certified refrigerator repair man that if I was to get another one of these refrigerators, I had to make sure that the ice-maker was not in the upper part of the refrigerator as those tend to need repairs more frequently. There's a self filling water pitcher, which I love because it saves space and I don't have to worry about my kids not refilling the pitcher. The AI vision is also able to track expiration dates as well as what goes into and out of the refrigerator. I have my ring camera connected to the fridge as well, which is a nice touch. The doors are also touchless. It's beautiful and functional. I definitely recommend this refrigerator.

I love the color because it matches all my black stainless steel appliances though this is not black stainless steel. The AI is taking time to get used to but it has a lot at your fingertips. I love that it keeps track of the food we use and you can make a list. It doesn't have handles but you can opt for auto open it handle underneath. It's really great!

I also really enjoy the French opening doors on the top part of the refrigerator because it's just so nice to open them. Additionally, I really enjoy the bottom drawer for the freezer, and the ice maker is just so nice. It has a tray I can take out and sit on a table if I want, especially if I'm having family over.

The refrigerator is relatively deep allowing to store multiple days worth of food and leftovers without spoiling. A bonus is the Bluetooth connectivity that connects to the smart to the SmartThings app allowing you to see efficiency and power and when it is time to replace the filters. The refrigerator so visually pleasing and matches the decor of our house.
