It also include one bag and the wet and dry filters as well. We have a large garage and an underground house so there is always something to vacuum up. This is the third canister vacuum I have from different brands and this one performs just as good as the more expensive one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own a few wet/dry vacs and this one is, by far, my favorite. This is a large, 10 gallon vac with a 6.5 peak horse power. The accessories, which are included, are a whopping 10 ft x 2.5 hose, 2 extension wands, utility nozzle, floor brush, crevice nozzle, foam filter and a reusable/washable cartridge. To my surprise, the vacuum also came with a disposable filter bag, which surely helped with picking up sanding dust. The large, water "resistant" on/off switch is easily accessible. Nice, sturdy handle on top with a cord wrap. It is easy to carry, but will take up some room to store for it is a large vac. I appreciate the fact that it has a tank drain to make it easy to empty liquid. The "quick-connect" locking hose, along with swiveling steel casters are also super features. So far, this vacuum works like a charm. It does come with a 3 year limited warranty along with 1 year "free" service, can't beat that! I would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very good 10 gallon vacuum that doesn't take up an extreme amount of space. The stainless barrel is pretty thin but I like it better than the plastic ones. It comes with a few useful attachments (floor brush, crevice, and utility nozzles)as well as a universal pleated filter, a 'dry' bag and a foam filter for liquid clean up (there is a liquid drain port at the bottom of the vacuum also). There are 2 large hard plastic extensions for the floor brush and a large diameter corrugated hose. I was very pleased to find the power cord is 18 feet long and probably the longest cord I've ever seen on a shop style vacuum cleaner. Most other cords are much shorter and, in my opinion, a longer cord is usually a bonus on a vacuum that will see duty throughout the shop. The cord rolls up around the heavy duty lifting handle and the plug end snaps in place around the cord to keep things tidy. The on/off switch is bigger than average and I appreciate that when I'm wearing gloves. The vacuum performance is very good and it sucks well. The corrugated hose is fine but I have problems from time to time with debris jamming in the pleats. This is an issue with every shop vac I've ever owned because they all use the same design corrugated hose. I do wish someone would redesign this aspect of vacuum hose construction. The larger hose size on this one does help. The accessories store on top of the wheels which I thought was kind of strange but it works just fine. The floor brush is made well. I use rubber floor mats on my concrete floor and vacuuming them is tough because most floor brushes want to suck up the entire mat instead of just the dirt on it. I had no problems with this floor brush since it's made with the bristles missing in some areas and that allows just enough suction to escape to keep from sucking up the mat while still vacuuming the dirt. Good job there. The brush still performs well on a smooth concrete floor. If you're in the market for a 10 gallon shop vac this one is a good choice.

The vacuum itself isn't too heavy, so I'm glad I can move it around without all of that extra bulkiness. Comes with wheels to help. It is 10 gallons so it holds quite a lot. Overall, I am satisfied and I like the vaccine. It's good for cleaning and helping me with my everyday chores! Definitely recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am doing a review today on the Porter-Cable Wet/Dry Vacuum. They sell these in different gallon sizes. I chose the 10 gallons one. I'm sure most people buy this size for their shop. I bought it for the carpets in my house. I have a small dog that has accidents now and then. I do have a carpet cleaner and it disperses the liquid but it has stopped doing a good job of picking the liquid up. I didn't want to purchase a new one so this is the answer to my problem. I have a small living room. I first clean it with my carpet cleaner and then I get this wet/dry vacuum out to finish the job. It works great. It comes with a canister-type filter to use with the dry vacuum and a foam filter to use when using this as a wet vacuum. I put the foam filter on the inside. I plugged the hose in it along with the two extension wands. The flexible hose hooked in very easily and stayed in place. On the end of the extension wands, I attached the floor brush. I made sure the drain cover was on very tight. I pressed the large button on top of the machine to turn it on. The suction is so strong it is unbelievable. Halfway through doing my living room I could hear the motor making a very high-pitched sound and it wasn't picking up much liquid anymore. There is some kind of floating mechanism that rises to cause this to happen. As soon as I heard it I turned the vacuum off and then unplugged it. I wheeled it to my back door and unscrewed the drain cover. It emptied very fast. After it emptied I put the drain cover back on and finished up with my living room. It works perfectly. My carpet is so clean and it picked up so much water. It also comes with a utility nozzle, crevice nozzle, and disposable dust bag. The wheels are so nice too. It wheels around so easily. I highly recommend this Wet/Dry Vacuum. Porter-Cable makes a great product.

Stainless steel design is a very nice look, also easy to keep the vacuum cleaner clean 3. The filter for the dry pick is very efficient at keeping dust inside the vacuum chamber rather than blowing it out the back 4. this vacuum cleaner accepts paper bags which is very convenient when emptying the canister. Again, a lot less mess as you can just throw away the bag rather than dumping all the dust into the trash can, which usually blows dust everywhere 5. wet filter is standard and has an autostop so when the canister is full, liquid won't spit out the back. 6. The hoses are nice and big, coupled with powerful suction the vacuum cleaner can handle any job you throw at it. 7. It has a handle up top which also acts as a chord keeper. I love this shop vac and highly recommend it.

Attachment include a crevice tool and another attachment. Comes with a vacuum bag to put inside the canister for easy clean up. Can be used for dry or wet vacuum. Make sure to take out bag and white filter before you use for wet pickup. Comes with a black filter for picking up water. Hose can be attached to exhaust to double as a blower. Long cord and hose make it easy to get around before having to unplug to go to another area.

I tried to get a replacement for it but found it cheaper at my local hardware store than to have it shipped from the maker. It works as well as any other wet/dry vacuum on the market. It is light and rolls easily without tipping.

I was surprised to see so many useful attachments too. This making it so much more useful than a stripped down Package that my old shop vacuum is. Not to mention my Old one is about half the size, minimal attachments and Retails for about the same money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a new vacuum for my shop and decided to try the Porter Cable PCX18156 10 Gallon Stainless Steel Wet Dry Vac. The Porter Cable vacuum was easy to assemble... just 4 screws to attach the wheels. I really like how this vacuum was designed along with the stainless steel can. The quality of the materials used to make this vacuum feel very durable. There is a big sturdy handle on the top to carry the vacuum. The design holds all of the attachments along with the power cord. The power cord is really long and there is a big on/off switch which makes it easy to turn on and off. The vacuum hose is very long, too which will give you plenty of distance. The vacuum comes with a dry filter, wet filter and a filter bag. The 6.5 HP motor gives this vacuum excellent intake picking up everything in its path. The exhaust hookup is also very powerful and blows sawdust/debris to an area for pickup. I can even use the exhaust hookup to blow dry my motorcycle after a wash. When using as a wet vacuum, there is a drain plug on the can for easy draining. Overall, I am very impressed with the Porter Cable PCX18156 10 Gallon Stainless Steel Wet Dry Vac. Porter Cable has been around for a very long time and is a brand you can trust.
