Excellent product. Saves us a lot of time and money. I am a Prostate Cancer survivor. 10 years ago and last June. Both times I was required to wear either Pads of underwear. After Radiation treatment things were different and the underwear became very important. You have a great product and I will continue to purchase them from Sam's as they do what I need and the cost is reasonable.

The "new & improved total protection" is a lie. My father can barely squeeze into the L/XL diapers. What are you going to do about it? Reading the other reviews, I see my father is far from the only one that has a problem. Again, what are you going to do to fix the problem. Offering people a refund still doesn't protect the wears from soaking themselves or allow a comfortable fit that doesn't chafe the aged skin.

I have been using the previous version of this product for over 1 year and was very satisfied with it. The newly designed product in L/XL is about 2/3 the overall size of the previous product. I have a 38-40 waist and they are tight on me. They are supposed to fit up to a 54 waist! The pads are also not as absorbent as the previous version. This is a good example of a cheaper and poorer quality version of the previous. Do not buy!

I rated a three due to the fact that XL is to small. If the package reads L/XL this will not fit someone who wears XL. I purchased XL other brands and they fit perfectly for my father. Other than them not fitting this is a great product no leakage. I also purchased XXL for my father but they were too big. I wish they would offer XL.

I have used these diapers for years and now they changed the size and absorbency on them, they are way too small on my dad and he pees all over his covers and we have to change his sheets everyday, this is unacceptable, I'm mad I bought 4 boxes because I thought they just changed the look of the box to find this out! I even threw away my receipt because I was so confident I wouldn't need it, I want my money back this is BS!

So I've wasted over $90 on these I used to buy them had no problems they redesigned them I ordered them they sent me the wrong size so those are garbage then I bought another one at the store right size and every single pair rip up the side as soon as you put them on so I buy another box thinking I might have done something no same thing rip right up the side so best idea anybody even looking at a review which I tend to forget to don't buy these they are horrible now I'm stuck with a hundred dollars out having to go buy them somewhere else

I have used these for years. This recent change is horrible. Read all of the other people's similar comments to see a similar theme. They are too small now (using the L-XL size), uncomfortable, not as absorbent, don't even 'feel' as good in hand. If they don't go back to a good product that didn't need "improvement", these will be the last ones I buy. Wake up Sam's--you've got a problem here that needs fixing ASAP.

I bought these new Mens Maximum Absorbency Underwear and when I tried on the first pair I couldn't hardly get them on (L/XL). I only weigh 185 lbs and I have a 40" waist but these new underwear do not fit like the old ones did. They are very tight and I returned them to Sams Club. Guess I have to buy then from another manufacturer.

This new product stinks!!! The L/XL hardly fits my husband where the previous ones were comfortable and well fitting. The absorbency is terrible!!! We are changing his underwear after only a few hours of use. The old ones use to absorb so much more urine and allow for longer periods of time between changes. Since trying these, we need to limit our outings based upon when his underwear will need to be changed. The fabric is scratchy and has actually caused chaffing. This product needs to be discontinued.

I’m agreeing with the men and women who have been reviewing this product. They cut me in half. I’m fairly sure this is a cost savings for your company or the change wouldn’t have occurred. You folks need to listen to your customers when so many are complaining about the same product. Unless you don’t care, which is probably why.
