In my personal experience (155 lbs, 31" waist) the S/M size addressed my post-surgery urinary incontinence, especially the overnight overflow incontinence SATISFACTORILY, holding 250 ml of urine leak WITHOUT creating discomfort or leakage as well as any contact dermatitis/eczema.

They are ultra soft and is up to 2x drier. They are also hypoallergenic with maximum protection without the bulk like some of the other brands have. Very satisfied with this product.

While at home it wasn’t an issue, however out and about was pretty stressful for him so these provided him with some security and prevented embarrassment over wet pants. They were comfortable and as easy as putting on your own underwear. Laying down can be risky however, same issue as with male children and diapers.

Posture barrier to keep your skin dry and avoid irritation. Comfortable enough to wear everyday, and discreet so no one knows you have them on.
