These Underwear have exceptional Absorbency and lhold up for my 89 year old father for long periods of time. With better absorbency, he doesn't have to change as often, which saves him from embarrassing moments and helps with saving money too. The inner lining is soft against his skin and there are no gaps around his legs which prevents leaking. These Underwear are great and I'm so glad we tried them! These get 5 stars from our family!

Lots of coughing that put stress on my bladder trying to hold back urine for each coughing fit I endured resulting in many minor releases of urine. This style of underwear worked for me as it fit tight but not too tight and did a good job of absorbing the urine. The elastic band around my waist worked well as I have no hips to help hold them up and did not have any sagging. They worked for me.
